The state is now asking Agent Harris about #BarryMorphew phone. There was some deleted dating web history such as Ashley Maddison. When this was said, Barry sat up in his chair.

Eytan is now asking if he knows who made the search. Agent Harris said he doesn't know. This search was in January of 2020. There were no searches after this day.

SA Harris says they looked through #BarryMorphew phone and it showed some dating websites and a search for "Ashley Maddison." Defense objects and says that there was a shared iCloud account between the family so it's not clear who made the search.

Defense now asking SA Harris about a statement sent to #SuzanneMorphew email about her alleged secret bank account. It was a GreenDot account. Defense says you can access the account and withdraw money without having to go to a bank. @KKTV11News

I feel like they are wasting too much time on the dating website and etc stuff... I haven/t actually seen a whole lot of hard evidence right now and that makes me kinda nervous. Let's see some more concrete evidence of the crime and cover up. I think we have come close to establishing motive.

Yep, but there are also a few who weren't convicted. Even Casey Anthony walked free... All I'm saying is if the state has solid evidence, they better get to it soon. They've already wasted one day of four. JMO

I don't know that it's wasted. I think the defense is the one wasting time. They have 8 more witnesses and why not leave the most damning evidence for last. it will be the last thing the judge hears. We haven't even gotten to any of the events of this past spring which is when I feel Barry misled investigators, he likely slipped up speaking to them. They haven't even touched on tampering with evidence stuff.. if they have proof he destroyed evidence from the 9th till he was arrested, then that evidence hasn't been shown. We are going to get to the stuff that finally gave them enough to arrest. So far that stuff hasn't been presented or he would have been arrested right after she went missing.

Any argument the Defense can make about Suzanne disappearing herself, the Prosecution can use to show the Suzanne was taking steps to leave a DV marriage.
