Agent Harris is asked what JL was doing around May 9 and 10. He was in Michigan working on a dock (project) went to a hardware store to buy supplies and checked with his credit card statement.

I knew they'd have solidified his alibi.

Well that is something! So she had maybe talked about being unhappy or wanting space, but if May 6th was the first time she said divorce.. then big time motive for murder. It also puts the other guys text about the next few days being hard into perspective if he knew she was going to ask for a divorce while the girls were away.

Is it possible to tell when something was deleted?

I’m not sure, but if they could, deleting it 10min after receiving/sending something vs two hours after SM went missing ... is far different

That I don’t know. The lie about the state of their marriage is more important to me than the fact he deleted it though.

On May 10, JL had wished #SuzanneMorphew a Happy Mother's Day and knew it would be a hard day because she missed her mom. Suzanne never responded.

Attorney Eytan is speaking to Agent Harris about #BarryMorphew safe in the garage. That it was searched. Eytan is claiming that #SuzanneMorphew took $70,000. The state is objecting. The judge allows her to continue.

So BM thinks we were born yesterday. Theres arguements about money and him controlling SM with money but we are supposed to believe that he had $70k in the garage where she would have access. I dont buy it

On May 11, JL texted #SuzanneMorphew wishing her well wishes for her cancer treatment day. She also didn't respond and that was allegedly JL last message to her.
