Grusing says during the time of the next morning #BarryMorphew phone was moving between 225 and Hwy50 which is close to where #SuzanneMorphew bike was found. Suzanne phone was last pinged around 4:22 am on May 10th in an area that had hard to reach signal. @KKTV11News

He says this was from 2:44 to 2:47. Grusing says at 2:47 #BarryMorphew phone goes into airplane mode. At 5:30pm Barry truck had a system reboot. Agent says no one could figure out why this happened or what caused it. @KKTV11News

Grusing says that same day #BarryMorphew phone was tracked roaming the outside of the Morphew residence. He asked why he was roaming around. Barry allegedly tells him he was chasing Chipmunks to shoot. @KKTV11News

Is a tranquilizer dart cap something he would have for big game hunting?

Are those even legal to have?

WTH, a spy pen and a tranquilizer dart cap.

Perhaps using a dart gun would cause less bleeding than a bullet? I have no idea.

His phone was on airplane mode. She did not know he was on his way home. Did he catch her taking pictures of herself and shot her with that tranquilizer gun?

When #BarryMorphew allegedly arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Broomfield, he parked on the south side. Doors open and close again. He opened someone would come in and out so he could get a free breakfast at the hotel.

This is it. From chipmonks to shooting SM, IMO. Tranquilizer dart, body moved and disposed of, no fuss or mess. Hunting = killing, for BM.

The theme of hunting has run through this case like a stain. From the trips and trophies to lurking in the virtual hide by moving phone to airplane mode, to effectively dismembering or dressing the estate by partitioning and selling it off piece by piece.

I have wondered about those minutes, argument or stealth? Now we know, I think.

And 85 blanking chipmunks? WTH???!!!

Not a chance.

TRASH RUN #1: #BarryMorphew truck passenger and drivers doors open, according to data it took him two minutes to throw something away that was a few feet away from his truck. The state has pulled up a google image of the bus stop in Broomfield.

Another google image is being shown where #BarryMorphew parked. Attorney Neilsen is asking for a copy of the image, the state is saying the images are in discovery. The judge's secretary is running off to make a copy

TRASH RUN #2: When #BarryMorphew first arrived to the hotel he had another trash run. Barry said he did but didn't remember what he threw away. There is no video to be collected on the southside of the hotel.

State is going through trash runs. What is he throwing away? Phone, cord. Clothes? Tranquilizer gun?

Based on this evidence I thought he shot her with a tranquilizer gun and then strangled her. Backed the truck up to the garage and put her body in.
