how did the cap end up in the dryer? Did he wash her clothes, for example?

I wonder if the sheets that were stripped for the bed were in the washer?

The premeditation. Holy moly. JMO

This is why they couldn’t track him. Finally we have an explanation for why they haven’t found Suzanne.

The odds of his phone going into airplane mode at that moment, and his truck rebooting?

Not a chance.

The planning here is staggering.
For one minute I want to go back to a text that Barry sent Suzzan. It said something like "I would never do that to you you are my Angel."

When I read that, that told me this was pre-planned and these texts were alibi building. He was setting everything in motion.

"BAM!"

But also interesting that he tends to put his phone into airplane mode --- but not for this?!?
That's what I can't understand. Why not just leave the phone in the house or the truck? Why carry it around with you and purposely put it on and off airplane mode? Was the cell phone reception bad or patchy at the house? If so, could that explain it?

At 10:17 p.m. on May 9, #BarryMorphew phone is taken off of Airplane mode and it was at the home. At 3:25 am Barry's truck doors were open and closed. The phone moved toward where the bike was found, according to Agent Grusing.
BBM - doors?

Thanks for posting the up-to-the-minute court reports, @oviedo! Greatly appreciated!

The timeline perfectly coordinates with the technology. This is outstanding investigative work!

No, its not that he shoots them. Its that he boasted to the agent that he shot 85. Why would you say that. WTH. JMO

It's bad enough that he shoots chipmunks. .but he keeps count???

Why are both doors opening at the bus stop and the HIE?

By "doors" they can mean he steps out of the front door and then removes things from the back door. (Are there back doors on his car?)

At 8:25 a.m. #BarryMorphew walked into the hotel and went into his room around 8:38 a.m. Another google map is shown of where he parked and checked into the hotel. We are now seeing a screenshot of Barry walking into the hotel.

Maybe it was in the pocket of his trousers which he washed and dried or caught up in a towel or wrap Suzanne had close to her when sunbathing and were subsequently washed and dried.

They should be able to determine the strength of the tranquilizer from the dart cap? Unless the darts just differ in length, to fit a barrel, and aren't marked on the cap?

It was probably in his pocket and he forgot about it.

TRASH RUN #2: When #BarryMorphew first arrived to the hotel he had another trash run. Barry said he did but didn't remember what he threw away. There is no video to be collected on the southside of the hotel.

So BM thinks we were born yesterday. Theres arguements about money and him controlling SM with money but we are supposed to believe that he had $70k in the garage where she would have access. I dont buy it
IMO, regarding the $70,000, assuming it really existed (and I think it did), if SM took it, she had the combo to the safe. And cash is fungible.

I expect it would be almost impossible to prove it belonged to one or the other of them and I doubt BM wanted Forensics going through his books. (Though I’m sure they did.)

Let’s face it, there’s an excellent chance it’s all under-the-table job money. But in the form of cash it was simply a family asset — it could represent BM’s cash jobs or a part of SM’s inheritance, or 30 years of saving spare change. Again, it’s fungible. (Unless that safe was a business-only safe and BM was in the gun business. Just sayin’…)

And that said, the missing money and missing charger could still be a part of BM’s attempt to muddy the waters about what happened to SM. Bonus, he could claim it as a loss on taxes and maybe try to make a little extra off it at the same time.

Always, always MOO.

I really, really hope I'm wrong, but what if he incapacitated, drove her to a steep area/cliff side and just threw her down, leaving her to die alone. No bullet left to trace back to him, injuries "naturally sustained" in the fall that can't be blamed on him plus the added cruelty of letting her die slowly out in the elements. I suspect he wanted to actually physically kill her and did so either by strangling her or shooting her, but with the tranquilizer cap found, I'm not fully committed to that theory any longer.

Why can't they find her if she has to be within a couple of hours drive?!
Colorado has so much remote wilderness. It is a needle in a haystack trying to find remains in such vast terrain.

Is a tranquilizer dart cap something he would have for big game hunting?

Are those even legal to have?

WTH, a spy pen and a tranquilizer dart cap.
No, a hunter doesn't tranquilize the deer before shooting it; however, didn't BM reportedly have a "deer farm" when in Indiana?

Maybe a guy tranquilizes a deer he intends to move to his deer farm?

Grusing says #BarryMorphew then moves his truck to the front of the hotel and walks in at 8:25. Then is seen on camera again at 8:38 going to his room.@KKTV11News #SuzanneMorphew

Grusing says he then tracked #BarryMorphew truck to a Holiday Inn near Broomfield. He says they couldn't get surveillance video on the south side of the building where Barry was parked. He says there was another "trash run" at the hotel. @KKTV11News

BAM!!!!

BAM, indeed!!! This is the critical point!!

Wonder if this information is sinking in for the daughters.

I have such great empathy for them, as we all do.
