When #BarryMorphew allegedly arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Broomfield, he parked on the south side. Doors open and close again. He opened someone would come in and out so he could get a free breakfast at the hotel.
I think he is full of prunes! As luck would have it, I was staying at a HIE the prior month and the free breakfast was the first thing to go once the Covid lockdowns started.
Perhaps using a dart gun would cause less bleeding than a bullet? I have no idea.
To incapacitate her and then kill her.

#BarryMorphew said that there were holes in the boots but the laces were good so he wanted to take them to the room and remove the laces and then trash the boots. Photos of this from the hotel surveillance video are being shown.
Hahaha! Because you can’t let a good pair of laces go to waste, or perhaps use the laces you get with new boots.

@MassGuy or @Seattle1

How is Barry in civilian clothes? PF was in stripes during his Prelim. Did his defense get special permission somehow?

The Sixth Amendment has long been used to argue a defendant's right to wear civilian and/or street clothes at trial (i.e., in the presence of a jury). Some states have taken this further by making it statutory for a defendant to be allowed to dress in street clothes during jury selection and public hearings -- arguing the garb of innocence.

To my knowledge, Colorado is not one of these states where the state legislators have adopted such policies. I think the defense most likely made this request to the court, and permission was granted for BM to appear unshackled, in civilian clothes.

We saw this more recently in CA after Paul Flores was arrested and he made his first court appearance dressed in a suit!

He thought of everything.
Except how to dress himself in the morning without needing to change it within an hour or so

I think the moron slipped the cap off the tranquilizer before he shot it, placed it in his pocket, and later - after he was done with all he was doing - he washed his clothes (forgetting he'd put the cap in his pocket of his pants).
if that's true the sound of it rattling in the dryer would drive me crazy....I'm thinking it was in the bedsheets and he shot her in bed (except she was sunbathing that afternoon - maybe he shot her outside with it and wrapped her up in the bedsheet?)

#Barrymorphew has something in his hand. Something small, Agent Grusing couldn't decide what it was. His next action is carrying multiple items to his room. Hiking boots, a teal-covered piece of clothing, a darker black piece of clothing, and a light blue bag.
Teal piece of clothing ? her biking jacket?.. darker piece her bike shorts or tights and the light blue bag - all Suzanne's ?

TRASH RUN #3: At 9:12 a.m. #BarryMorphew leaves the hotel. Goes up and around the worksite never parks then goes to McDonald's in Broomfield. Throws items away here. He is seen pushing trash down into the trash can with both hands, according to the surveillance video

I'm hoping to hear they have recovered evidence from these various trash runs. IMO

I love that theory. Barry Morphew, thwarted by a washing machine.

I suspect the clothing was indeed Suzanne's.
