I call BS on BM using such an expensive method to hunt chipmonks. Hope they can figure out the potency of the dart from the cap. And where he recently bought it. And if he googled the strength needed for 110 lb game animals. So he shot her, butchered her like he's done effortlessly to 100's of animals. And used the dumpster method. Poor Suzanne.

I think he believed he could explain it away. He also needed to alibi himself, which the data would help do. I imagine he didn’t realize it would be this specific, and lead to some incriminating video.

#BarryMorphew returned back to the hotel with a large notebook with papers that are messy. Then left the hotel 20 minutes later with the notebook in hand with papers neat in hand. He also has changed shirts into a grey t-shirt.

#BarryMorphew went to the Broomfield WALL and did 11-15 minutes of work. Removed blocks from the retaining wall. This job was for Garrett Construction. The company told Agent Grusing that the job would need a bobcat.

This is a great possibility, @Diddian.

However the cap got into the dryer, thankfully it was there for the investigators to find.

The tranquilizer cap also fits perfectly within the timeline - and answers the question - why was no blood found.

I'm sure B.M. didn't expect the cap to be found. That must have been an unpleasant surprise.

According to Grusing- he says you can't work on Sunday's in Broomfield because that is against city code. It looks like he spent about 15-20 minutes there then called his daughter Mallory. @KKTV11News
