The girls were reported to have been in court yesterday, in clear and obvious support of their dad.
I'll just leave that there.
Somehow that and the discussion (yesterday?) about BM's alienating the girls from Suzanne when she was alive are the saddest part of all this (except obviously what happened in the end). The pain of realizing your marriage is over is one thing, but losing the love and affection of your kids is a whole different ball game. Hate this guy.

ETA - giant thanks to all posters of live tweets - I have just enough time to pop on to the thread and would never be able to keep up without all of you.

The bus station?? What could that stop have been about?

Well trash of course! --Also this stop is really close to the "retaining wall he just had to get done on Sunday - Mother's Day" / hotel room.

Plus I'd imagine trash at bus stop/RTD much harder to find what you're looking for as it's going to be constantly used by a large group of people throughout the day. --kind of smart.

@CarolAMcKinley
Barry Morphew walks into courtroom with a confident stride, no handcuffs or leg shackles, in a blue suit and mask. He hugs his attorney Iris Eytan and turns around to say hello to his family. They wave. FBI Agent Ken Harris is called to continue from Monday. #SuzanneMorphew

Wonder if Barry will walk out of the courtroom with the same confident stride he walked in with today?

She could have fit in that container and been covered up for transport.
Where did he throw that container away? Where was he shoving trash down with both hands? I’m so confused and need to review all these trash stops. Does anyone think he may have dismembered her? Sorry that’s so gruesome to say but all the trash stops and the bleach in the hotel…

Would CBI or FBI have searched the landfills where the trash from different trashcans and dumpsters end up???

I know there's more.

I'm physically ill.

He may well have left her to die.

Guess what. Sttill murder.

How do these people walk among us?

JMO
I just want to know she was not in all those trash dumps in bits and pieces accounting for the 5 trash dumps he made. I feel physically ill. What a rotten b#@&*$%. Moo

Way different energy today... Stressed defense lawyers... MOO.
Good!!! What about BM, has he 🤬🤬🤬🤬 his pants yet?

In what way NoSi? Maybe because they know what coming and aren't going to be able to dominate the direction it's headed?

Not in UK landscaping. You dispose via a carrier with a waste disposal licence.
Barry doesn't like to follow those pesky rules of normal society, ie, voting forgery, applying for payroll Covid relief without warrant, even disposing of trash properly, shooting 85 squirrels.

This man is rotten to the core and he makes me physically sick.

MOO

You would think a drug would leave traces, if her body was found in time.
He planned for her body to remain unrecovered.

They should be able to determine the strength of the tranquilizer from the dart cap? Unless the darts just differ in length, to fit a barrel, and aren't marked on the cap?
It takes some 3-4 minutes for the tranquilizer to work. So, yeah. Monster.

I love that theory. Barry Morphew, thwarted by a washing machine.

Someone probably already said this as I am behind but so was Jodie Arias.

I am really curious about the tranquilizer cap and the tranquilizer materials. Starting to wonder whether he shot her with a dart to disable her at the house. Hunting her down basically, while he allegedly was shooting "chipmunks." So disturbing.

Shades of Chad Daybell and the supposed raccoon shooting

So you can purchase tranquilizer darts without a prescription from a vet or any documentation?
Wow. I don't even know what to say about this.
I think you need an RX for the tranquilizer or a black market source. MOO

I'm assuming JL has a solid alibi or we'd have heard about him long before now.
So then, for those who follow cases and know how this little game works, what exactly is the defense's strategy bringing all this up? I mean other than to bash Suzanne and make Barry look like a poor victim.

This! Exactly what I'm wondering. In some ways badgering on about her alleged affair only serves to underscore a motive for him. Does Barry have the ability to 'order' his counsel to make all of these points against Suzanne even if they don't help his case? Perhaps his ego is driving him toward the narrative that he is a Saint and she was the villain? MOO

Thanks! I just found out this prelim was happening and trying to catch up.
You’re very welcome. Jump on @MassGuy posts or @oviedo there are others as well that have been tweeting the hearing yesterday and today.

YAY, so happy to hear that NoSI. How are you holding up?

ooh that's interesting @NoSI I wondered how they would handle these revelations coming out in testimony even though they have the AA. Now that we've moved on from the affair - it would seem they are running through the timeline sequentially.

I think he is full of prunes! As luck would have it, I was staying at a HIE the prior month and the free breakfast was the first thing to go once the Covid lockdowns started.
Excellent observation.
What was he accessing at HIE then?
