Are we ever going to find out what the mysterious "personal item" was that was found on the roadbank not too far from her bicycle?

Would it have been a smartwatch that recorded when her heart stopped beating?
It was confirmed yesterday that it was in fact her helmet.

Just waiting for Barry to come back from lunch wearing a different shirt,
to illustrate that changing a few times a day is normal for him.

Did anyone else catch this?

#SuzanneMorphew's phone last registered a signal far from the Morphew home at 4:10-4:22 a.m. on the day she was reported missing. It didn't register any other signals after that.

I saw that yesterday. I thought it registered off of a tower in Mayesville or Poncha Springs. I searched the route from Salida for a time reference

Can you possibly give us a clue to your possible theory with a darker scenario? My mind is having trouble imagining anything worse than I already have! :( TIA
Glad you asked. I couldn’t. But, I also can’t imagine how much worse it can get. JMO

Ugh.. work. Trying to catch up.. so the number 5 PE alluded to was the 5 trash runs.. ?

I'm not giving any Ytube channel credit for knowledge of 5 trash runs for an investigation that was so protected and kept under wraps.

I only recall the PE riddle surrounding "5" to include moving SM's body five times and a receipt for the purchase of five trees that might be the burial sites of SM's (dismembered) remains. MOO

And who keeps 70K in cash in a safe in their garage in the middle of nowhere with no working security cameras? I mean if you don't have them working to protect your wife and daughter, at least have them working to protect your cash, right? MOO.

So why doesn’t he change his pants at the Holiday Inn? He’s not worried his cleaning sessions in the room or disposal have sullied his pants throughout the day? I’m thinking more minor clean up in hotel, not so much that getting anything on his pants was a concern? #Barrywearsthepants

I think you're right about the level of planning and that he disposed of her body the night before.

In the past, I'd thought unlikely Megnut's suggestion that BM may have used the corpse of an elk (the antler rack which he displayed in his yard) as a coffin for SM's body, but I've changed my mind after learning of that tranquilizer dart cap in the dryer and those discarded hiking boots (laces thrown away at a separate location so as to not have the boots and laces - which likely have his DNA - found in the same place).

I think it possible BM may have had a hole pre-dug somewhere in those mountains. He may also have baited, tranquilized, pre-killed, gutted (and removed the rack from) an elk, the corpse of which would later become SM's coffin. And he may have temporarily buried that elk corpse under a small tree that came in a tree container.

Then, he may have tranquilized SM at the home, placed her sedated body in that now-empty tree container in the back of his rig, drove both up to where he'd temporarily planted the tree and elk corpse, opened back up the hole and removed the tree and elk corpse, dragged SM out of the vehicle and shot her to death, stuffed SM's remains inside the elk's corpse, buried that in the pre-dug hole, and then planted the small tree back over the top. And then he tossed the tree container over a ridge.

Perhaps he didn't even shoot her before he placed her inside the corpse and buried her under that tree. Maybe he liked the idea of SM smothering to death inside that elk corpse under that tree.

The deer farmer-hunter-landscaper's solution to "how to get rid of your cheatin' wife's body so it will never be found"

Agreed, @Diddian. I've always thought this, too. Your explanation makes so much sense. :(

Helmet - that was disclosed yesterday.

Hoping someone would come out so he could get free breakfast.

That is a ploy people do to get free breakfast at hotels, they hang out around a side door and hope a guest will come out so they can get in to the breakfast buffet area without a key fob to get in the door.

I travel for work and have observed this often.
It if he was checking in, would they have really cared if he partook in some free breakfast? I look forward to a longer explanation tonight if LS does another video.

6:00 pm he has a shovel and rake in hands entering the hotel. He places all the tools in the hotel lobby for his workers. All hand tools - nothing electric.
@Niner a couple more tweets that you might want for the events today.

I don't think there's any way the PE guys knew about the 5 trash runs. Those were uncovered by surveillance video that the PE guys wouldn't have had access to.

Thank you both! Makes sense. I never knew what the 5 was about.

Yes, but those pesky pit bull Defense attorneys are going to come after him with guns locked and loaded.
Harder to argue with demonstrative evidence of the Odyssey of Stupidity 2, heretofore known as OOS2. Dang, who thought there would be another?

@NoSI have there been any back rubs or hugs today?

I'm surprised that she felt it was safe to be around BM after the text / call on May 6.

Even if she hoped for an amiable separation, I would be so concerned about being alone, away in that house in the woods with him.
