On MAY 8, a note in #SuzanneMorphew was a list of 50 reasons why she wanted to leave the marriage. Ex. A lot of Women on FB, and said it was good for business

FBI was able to recover a note on Suzanne's iCloud from her phone. It was a "list of grievances" that FBI agent testifies was written by Suzanne about things she thought were wrong with her marriage with Barry. This is when she has already talked to friends, family about divorce

I don't know that we'll ever find out what exactly killed Suzanne, but the possibilities are really gruesome - I'm kind of hoping we don't.

But, what about GPS data from the phone? I thought it still worked when in airplane mode. Is that going to be a separate expert? Cuz that would be awesome.

His statement about shooting chipmunks from 2:44- 2 whatever makes me think he shot her.

Well yeah, for the prelim. But eventually they need to convince a jury.

ETA: I understand how prelims work. In fact, I am pretty knowledgeable on legal stuff. I won't say why. But suffice it to say this. I am not seeing the bombshells so far as everyone else seems to be. Let's just agree to disagree at this point.

Then you will know that at prelims the case presented is typically a skeleton of what will be presented at trial.

Agent Grusing said he spoke with Sheila and #Barrymorphew and other friends about this list. He spoke to Barry about a time in Mexico trying to take her phone and look at it.

Exhibit 56 in #BarryMorphew preliminary hearing: This is the text message he had deleted off his phone from Suzanne. The text is from May 6 at 10:13 a.m. There were only two messages that were swiped (deleted).

ETA: I believe this is the message where she said it was over and they needed to be civil.

On MAY 6, #BarryMorphew sent text messages to #SuzanneMorphew talking about suicide. "Going to see my savior. This life on earth is a mear grain of sand compared to eternity."

Surveillance shows #BarryMorphew carrying multiple items to his hotel room. It appears from the photo shown that he has a grocery bag, several pieces of clothing and hiking boots.

I didn't see the surveillance but I'm just not getting the idea here of BM carrying significant tools here that were cleaned/bleached after being used to kill and dismember. He's not using the luggage trolley and trade tools are typically sturdy, heavy.

We know that just before leaving the hotel on Sunday evening he asked if he could leave tools behind for his employees but he was already leaving then and had no time to wash/bleach this load. MOO

On May 6, Suzanne sent text to Barry: “I’m done. I could care less what you’re up to and have been for years. We just need to figure this out civilly.”

FBI investigator says Barry responded with texts that detailed suicidal thoughts

On the list was this entry: "Accuse me of bf and hydro 5/6" Grusing says that refers to an argument on May 6, 4 days before Suzanne disappeared, in which Barry accused her of having a boyfriend. Barry admitted the argument, but said he was not being serious when he accused her.
