Clear motive. Couldn’t face losing control of her. The typical: “If I can’t have you, nobody will.”
And the money IMO

Calling her dad too, wanted to probably get his spin in on it ahead of Suzanne's. Just like he did with their daughters. Manipulative asshat

This isn’t about convicting. It’s about proving to a judge there is enough probable cause to move forward.

As far as I’m concerned, they met that burden hours ago.

Well yeah, for the prelim. But eventually they need to convince a jury.
Then you will know that at prelims the case presented is typically a skeleton of what will be presented at trial.

Yep, I'm aware but I've had my doubts since the beginning. The doubts are going away but more slowly than they should be. There was more evidence on Casey Anthony and she walked with a less credentialed attorney than BM has. Also that wasn't a no-body case. We'll see what else gets presented and what's in the AA. I hope I'm wrong.

On May 8 at 9:28, Suzanne texted her sister saying, He has been "abusive emotionally and physically." This was two days before she disappeared

ETA: I understand how prelims work. In fact, I am pretty knowledgeable on legal stuff. I won't say why. But suffice it to say this. I am not seeing the bombshells so far as everyone else seems to be. Let's just agree to disagree at this point.
100%, seems all circumstantial so far.

The cameras in the garage must have been turned off as well, especially with the bike having to be moved.

I wish we knew when all of those cams were turned off.

ETA: Hey, maybe we will !
