A dart leaves a puncture wound not a gaping wound so it doesn't bleed much at all. Have you ever stapled your finger? That's a puncture wound.

Sure, but even a vaccine injection can bleed. I think the velocity of a propelled dart on human skin would be traumatic. Plus the eventual fall, if there was this running around period the prosecutors suggested.

I’m mostly questioning the running around/chasing scenario. That alone sounds like it could easily end up bloody.

I wasn’t aware she had talked with Mallory. I’ve had the impression Mallory was a daddy’s girl anyway. I’m a bit disappointed that Macy told investigators she never saw physical abuse after advising her mom to get a restraining order. Why would she tell her mom to do that if she hadn’t seen the abuse? I would think instead she would try to be the peacemaker.
Perhaps she was a peacemakeybe and she never did witness Barry being physical but knew he was a HUNTER from the time she was little. Thus she wisely suggested an RO, for the protection of both of them. Heck, she sounds like a nice gal, she offered to live with her mom and work (as I read here recently),if that's what it took to leave him.

I'm only on page 4 at the moment, but I would appreciate something clarified in case the data is not ahead of me.

Where is the information coming from that there were no sheets on Mallory's bed?

This one tiny issue is not easily googled for the proper origin. Is it true or is it an assumption? TIA

Why does anyone feel bed linens were in the clothes dryer at the PP home? It's certainly fine if that's the case but I have never seen the origin of that information either.

Mallory's bedsheets were stripped in the Morphew house. Neilsen said Barry Morphew would mention that Suzanne would clean the house before guests would arrive.

If link doesn't work, it's thread 66 post #87
About 6minute 9sec mark, she feeding birds but a chipmunk runs onto her knee and another one running round

Eta - it worked!

I love this, especially the poignant moment where the aforementioned chipmunk scurries to Suzanne's offering right hand.

Remember when BM told LS that people had seen them in town that Saturday for sandwiches? He was clearly lying bc no such thing happened (which we already assumed). This is just one example of the many contradictory statements he’s made to LE. He’s toast.

I suspected that's why he was digging through the trash - he was trying to find a receipt with a good time stamp to "prove" that he and Suzanne had gone out for sandwiches

I have never followed a case like this and watched the tweets coming in over the two days like everyone here (y'all were good company btw :)). I actually had tension in my shoulders and a heck of a headache by the end. It was like watching a horror movie where you're yelling at the tv to warn the main character danger is ahead. I feel wrecked for SM. IMO
Me too. Exhausting. Nothing I imagined. Far worse.
MOO.

Can you share with the class ?
When he told that baloney about shooting chipmunks to LE. But later my husband said they are pretty destructive and chew electrical wires and such so maybe he does shoot chipmunks.

And kept a count: 85. Who keeps a count? Oh yeah, we know....

Kind of like smashing ants to get rid of them, shooting chipmunks has nothing to do with actual pest control.
MOO he just liked to kill them.

Does anyone recall exactly when he mentioned to his co-worker about getting a crew together to go up on Sunday for that job? It was Saturday correct? I think that could tie into premeditation couldn't it? If in fact his alibi was the trip up to work and he out of the blue initiated that conversation with a co worker just prior to going home that day, couldn't that prove premeditation? I'm sure they have his movements from the 6th on as well.. the 6th was the texting about divorce and suicide that he erased at some point. I am curious what he was doing in those following days. Did he acquire a tranquillizer dart maybe? Where was he working those days?

It’s shocking that the one thing BM admitted to disposing in the 5 trash runs was tranquilizer material. Surely they pressed for a reason he had it, where he got it, etc. No answers yet?
Yes, this. I have been so curious as to any further questioning after he made the comment bout dumping tranquilizer material. I'm betting that he then 'clammed' right up. JMO

At the risk of sounding snarky, he can't get his tips frosted in the pokey.

Being so vain, he certainly is aware how he is deteriorating in his appearance.:):):)
YIPPEE.
A frizzled, ugly creep will appear at the next hearing, as the stress increases.
Looking forward to more ugly photos of this Creep.
