In the mountain of information disclosed this week from the PH, I thought I read that Miles, Macy’s boyfriend, pointed out to LE that Suzanne’s baby blue bike helmet was in the garage on May 10 when LE responded to Puma Path. Then it wasn’t and was discovered days later on the side of the road.

I know it was said that her Camel Pac (sp?) was discovered in her car. Then later her sunglasses were also discovered in her car that had made its way to IN after it was sold.

Does anyone know if the information regarding the helmet was shown/discussed in the body cam footage shown in court when the officer approaches the Morphew garage and Miles and his Dad are seen emerging from within?

WOW, if this is true, it is a HUGE deal. Is it not??

I would presume the bedsheets were stripped when Holly and the girls went on the camping trip. Also if they don’t clean the lint trap every load it could be the cap was in a shorts pocket just as easily the sheets and went through the wash and got caught during the dry cycle prior to the 9th.

I am wondering how they are going to prove that the tranquiliser was used in the murder - if they intend to use that as part of their evidence, which I presume they will as they have introduced it in the Prelim.

Do they have statements from the daughter(s) saying "mum always cleaned the lint trap/vent/whatever after using the dryer"? (Perhaps not knowing what evidence they were helping with.)
And even then, could mum have missed a little tranq cap when doing that type of cleaning?

I'm pretty impressed with how quickly CCSO responded even without JL coming forward. I've lost count of how many cases where similar circumstances take weeks if not months for the person to move from an adult deemed voluntarily missing to a criminal investigation, and in this case, a search warrant executed within 24 hours!

^^That, and I'm having a difficult time grasping that BM was chasing her around the house to tranquilize her when he could no doubt subdue her very easily and restrain her and then tranquilize her (if that is what he did, was tranquilize her). It seems obvious in my opinion, that he has hid/disposed of her well so it's not like he would worry about leaving bruises, strangulation/ligature marks, or any injuries for that matter, but of course, it appears he didn't want to and didn't leave a blood trail. But again, I just can't picture him chasing her around the house to tranquilize her, but again, we don't know at this time what happened and we may never know either how she met her demise, but IMO, he seems to have a short fuse and is a loose cannon.

Maybe he missed her, and she ran -- so he couldn't allow her to live to tell the tale of what he just tried to do; he had to get hold of her before she could get away.

There are just so many possible scenarios.

I really hate thinking about these things.
And I really really really hope and pray she was wearing her Apple Watch (if she does indeed have one).

So, if anything did become suspect, and the cctv viewed, then he wanted everyone to focus on the turquoise clothing, boots, camo coat (etc.), that he was tossing --
-- and become oblivious to the tools that freely left in the lobby.

I don't believe he left tools in the lobby. I think he brought two tools into the lobby in order to ask at the reception desk if it would be ok to leave tools in the room for the employees coming later.

When the wall employees were interviewed didn't they comment on the tools left in the room, saying they weren't even the right tools for the job?

After he got the hotel's ok, I think it's safe to assume he then carried the tools into his room. And possibly carried in other tools in addition to the shovel/rake/whatever that stopped in the lobby first.

If that is the case, presumably he would offer an explanation of why he was using the darts. And how it tied in with whatever it was that he admitted to putting in the trash on the Sunday, timing of that would be an enormous coincidence IMO.

Whether that winds up being the case or not, Barry did himself in here. He admitted to an event behind the house, explaining it away 9 months later with the chipmunk story.

If nothing happened and the data is wrong, there’s no reason to incriminate yourself with a lie.

So in any event, it’s a pretty safe bet that something very significant occurred at that location.

This is where a lot of criminals get busted, they say, “Yeah, I was there, but I was only [doing innocent thing].” The cops don’t care about the “innocent thing” because people lie all of the time. They care that you just put yourself at the scene of the crime and now they have probable cause to haul you in.

His lawyer could have attributed his movements to a guy walking around on his own property or just the “wifi wobble” of his phone.

Bobcat Barry was just “shooting chipmunks”… the same way Chad Daybell “shot a raccoon.”

I am surprised that after seeing 26 exhibits on April 5th that he didn’t just disappear.

But I guess he thought he had all the bases covered in his cover up.

Also he had to wait for the darned house money to come through. You can’t run away and be a pauper.

I figured he was under surveillance and was probably aware of it. I think about Scott Peterson and how he finally was about to make a run for it but LE got him.

I'm behind so someone probably answered your question...but I had read earlier, that BM had given both girls Range Rovers, just like Suzanne's. But I am not sure if that's been verified. I did see 2 Range Rovers with bike racks on them in the driveway of the home, in SM's FB.
