So how big is that bag?Edit-too small for a person. Did the feed get dumped somewhere? It sounded like the emphasis was on the burlap bag the feed came in.
Just my perception

Since if Suzanne talked to someone of course she would be shown alive.I’m sure they know. If they wanted to bring it up, they would have.
I had not heard that LE thinks he "desecrated" her body? Where did that come from?1) When did he reserve the hotel room?
2) What evidence do they have on BM for LE to think he desecrated her body?
The only fact we know is he sent her a happy mother's day text in the morning and to his mother. From Barry Morphew, her husband.
My weapons specialist said that a longer barrel would be more accurate. However, the short rifle would be accurate up to within 20'. Isn't that's up close and personal? Maybe all Barry needed was 20' or less, if this weapon was the one used.
Why did Suzanne describe her last few days as magical, in a communication with JL?
If she was “done”, why were they discussing hikes and having soup and she was texting him to get hot tub stuff? Had Barry calmly agreed to the divorce, and she thought she was home free, looking at houses and sleeping in separate bedrooms? Are there texts/communications to JL that indicate that? And then Barry calmly hunted and murdered her?
It is illegal to feed or bait in Colorado I do believe but the fine is small.Snipped for focus, BBM.
A 50lb bag of corn sounds like baiting deer, doesn't it? Or...chipmunks?
Is feeding deer even legal in Colorado?
(My mom used to buy bags of corn to feed the the Canada Geese that wintered on our little lake.)
Baiting deer illegal in CO. Shooting a deer over bait is also illegal, considered poaching.Snipped for focus, BBM.

Interesting but to make all those dumps for that seems like a lot. I guess time/trial will tell! I am very curious about this!I think more along the lines of: phone, diary’s, items associated with the crime such as gloves or clothing, something she had on him (blackmail type items), etc.
I just want to say that I like your posts because you see it from both sides and I think we see things the same. Whenever I see myself agreeing, I will look and it is usually your name @Momofthreeboys! Thanks.Curious how Barry laying down the law with one of his daughter's boyfriends supports the charge of Barry murdering his wife and is "a big part of this" ? I don't know...but I fear prosecution would be straying too far off point. I would bet that many men have threatened boyfriends of their daughters.... that was my whole issue with some of the You Tubers...they tried to make every little thing wrap up in a nice bow without thinking like a defense attorney thinks. Same for any old affairs of Barry....or what Barry was like as a little boy....not relevant to right here and now and the charges.... but some of the You Tubers are ex LE so I guess it's to be expected that they think differently than defense attorneys. If this thing goes to trial it will be interesting to see the core case from the prosecution side minus the speculation.
Exactly. If it wasn't related to her disappearance/murder, it would have been charged separately like the voting one. If he was just in possession of an illegal gun but didn't use it in the crime, why is it listed under the murder charge? There is a reason that Barry is facing the short rifle charge....I think its tied to the dart....otherwise...why that charge?
I think the tracking on the F350 links to a phone or computer (designed for fleet managers). I wonder if LE can see if BM checked the app around 5:33PM. If BM expected something to show as unreported but it was still showing, perhaps that would initiate Plan B, Range Rover.
But I do have a question on how the computer reset affects the tracking. If it erases data, how far back will the reset go? Does it erase all prior data? Or does it erase a specific time period of data? Does the app store data regardless of onboard reset?
For those that have followed this case closely, I offer a question:
What are the one or two pieces of information you are most interested in learning from the remainder of the pretrial or contents of the AA?
Do we even know exactly what was reset on the truck? I know I reset my trip meter at times. If anyone knows more about the reset please share...

It's was actually reported in the Denver Post headlines as "....hiding or destroying wife's body"I had not heard that LE thinks he "desecrated" her body? Where did that come from?

So is voting for your missing spouse! That wouldn't stop BM, IMO.Baiting deer illegal in CO. Shooting a deer over bait is also illegal, considered poaching.
One reason is it's hard to determine who baited, and also because CDOT uses bait to keep deer off the roads.
Oh Gotcha!!
Good question. Until BM did this, I didn't even know it can be done.
I googled and googled and found a a great amount of information this. (My google history must be crazy!lol!)
I also learned instead of disconnecting the battery, you can just pull the fuse. That also will reset the GPS.[/QUOTE
So many APPS on smartphones track location. I'm constantly checking location/microphone setting, they have a way of turning themselves on. Likely more information from his phone too.
