I am more interested in the funds management account, as these are typically for larger sums of money.
I think there was financial motivation in this murder ... and I am interested to know what kind of money Suzanne may have had in a funds management account, and was this secret money that she was able to squirrel away from inheritance?

I say this because sometimes inheritance money comes through in separate bundles. There may be an immediate release of money from inherited term deposit accounts or such. Then there may be another later release of money from the sale of an inherited house or properties.

(A friend just went through this ... two separate releases of inherited money.)

I do wish we had more of a narrative. I guess that’s what happens when we experience a preliminary hearing before the AA is released. There’s not much of a story to follow, just basic information, which I guess is the way it is supposed to be. I can’t figure out how we got from point A to B to murder. From taking a hike and meeting the house cleaner, to texts about the marriage ending, to sharing pizza and soup and requesting hot tub stuff, to tranquilizer darts and chipmunks and alibi seeking. I hope that the next two sessions provide a bit of context so that it all makes some kind of sense.

After helping my sister I had to do a great amount of research on gaslighting. Wish to God Is never had to read any of that. I am better educated but Wowzers!

What you just described is classic gaslighting on SM.

I can't think of the words to fully express how saddening it is to 'hear' Suzanne's words and what she was feeling/dealing with.

In People’s Exhibit 20, she identifies what many here have suspected all along. “But dealing with a narc.”

He had her under his control, but she was on to him. His grip on her had been loosening for a couple of years. He wasn’t going to stand for that.

I am an avid reader, and not so much of a poster. Admittedly, I have not read every single post on this case though. Has anyone had the thought that the pings around the house after 2:47 could have been Barry running around inside the house gathering things he needed in order to take her somewhere to harm her? He could have tranquilized her in order to take her somewhere else to finish the deed?

I remember at the Christian Rivera trial (Mollie Tibbetts) that her cell phone was moving at the speed of a jogger that evening. Then in an instant it shot to 30mph. This is when LE knew the moment of abduction.

One of the tweets from the other day, to me, gives a similar clue:

"Grusing showed a map of is cell phone pings around the house stating that they were all over the outside of the house, indicating he was chasing Suzanne while she was still conscious."

My guess is the speed of the phone's gps excellerated. Hers too if she still had it in her hands.

We were not given detailed gps actions at the prelim hearing, but I bet they give a very large scope of how things happened.

At some point, Suzanne set up a secret Green Dot bank account as well as an account with a fund management company, Compass Management. The FBI agent on the stand, Ken Harris, said he didn’t follow up on these accounts.

It’s the date and time that bugs me- when we set up a living trust with automatic distributions we instruct the Trust account holder to distribute monthly within the trust instrument so the easiest thing is the end of the month after the investments post and within 7 days the money is ACH or wired (depending on the banks fees) to the beneficiary - this feels like a one time transfer rather than some automated trust deposit - and they never brought up subsequent deposits so I’m going to stick with my birthday scenario and guess that prior birthday gifts were to a joint account and by April 2020 Miss Suzanne was taking control of her own personal finances and wanted that money for herself

Thing is, the owners of the store knew he’d been in there. They also knew Susanne was missing and they had to know that the Sheriff was asking citizens to save video (as posted up thread, there was a reverse 911 call.)

They know when their store hours were that month. Did he “pop-in” after hours?

It feels a little fishy to me that the store owners can’t be accurate.

My hinky meter went off when it was stated that he "texted" them. It was in the prelim somewhere. That hints at a relationship that's a little more personal than your average customer. Friends maybe? MOO.

Sadly this is what many of us believe happened to Crystal Rogers in Kentucky, why her body was never found and why her ex has always been smug since her disappearance. Much like BM with a similar background and life experiences. IMO
I wonder if there are other women missing but are presumed dead who have been taken out by a tranquilizer. Horrifying! IMO

How many have they found?

Who else knew she had these. Who could Identify this collection?
