Time? Goes back to room with large notebook with messy papers

Time? Leaves room in a different shirt, gray t shirt, with large notebook and neat papers, 20 minutes later

BM goes to wall and works 11-15 minutes, removed blocks from wall.
11:20 am BM calls SM No answer
12:06 pm BM calls MM1
12:27 pm Trash drop #5 throws away 2 bags, with camo coat, tree container, (tranquilizer material?), in dumpster at HIE. He walks across lot rather than parking near dumpster. BM walks back to hotel with hands in pocket and head down.
12:42-5:55 pm BM in room at HIE
3:39 pm texts SM, asks her to call him
5:15 pm Puma Path neighbor Ritter calls
5:55 pm BM changed shirts again and left hotel room.
6:00 pm BM makes multiple trips in and out of hotel entrance bringing in hand tools including a shovel and rake. Asks front desk if he can leave them for his workers

Scott, a Denver Defense lawyer sent someone from his office to sit in on the hearings. Not much here except at 15:00 she says that the Judge is keeping track of the time used down to the minute and he said if the Defense used an hour and half more, then the next 2 days they get an hour and a half less time.

Maybe y’all knew it worked like that but I didn’t lol. Glad to hear it!

Now Neilsen is going over phone data of Suzanne & Morphew. According to the CAST Report, an incoming call at 12:02am & an outgoing 2:17am on May 9. Barry doesn't have a call until a little after 6am. Also Suzanne's phone made an outgoing call at 2:53am of May 10. That was a half an hour before the door

I recall the Saturday morning (May 9) text exchange differently where BM reached out first, asking SM if she wants to go on a hike, also mentions something about changing the snow tires on the RR.

SM responded with the 'when/where' and asked if BM wanted her to meet him.

That is when BM responded with "NO, coming home. "

I think this is a lie - people that shoot turkeys dress them and keep the meat IMO they don’t leave them to suffer and die and look for their dead carcass later plus she’s in college - we can’t sleuth her but he used her as the reason so I’m gonna take a guess and say she didn’t come home to shoot a turkey

I'm wondering if she had some help compiling the story (i.e., she took an extended break from the courtroom)? Running through her tweets, reporter CM made no tweet citing BM saw SM's messages to her lover.
