This is the latest update of the timeline for the dates surrounding the disappearance and murder of Suzanne Morphew. @oviedo and I have compiled this information based on the preliminary hearing testimony, LE information, and verified msm reports. Thanks to all the WSers who submitted Tweet information for us to pour through and to @NoSI for her eyewitness accounts.
We would like to add this to the Media, Maps, and Timeline thread, but first we would like to ask if anyone has anything to add, or if there are any errors that you can point out. The more folks who contribute, the more accurate this timeline will be.
We will update as new information becomes available and hope to be able to fill in some blanks after the next 2 hearing dates.

5:37 am BM phone off airplane mode heading towards Buena Vista

6:56 am BM texts SM “You up? Happy Mother’s Day. I love you.”

8:10 am Car door opened at RTD bus stop in Broomfield off Hwy 36 - Trash Drop #1

8:20 am BM parks on south side of HIE away from cameras, throws things in trash. Trash Drop #2

8:25 am BM enters hotel carrying clothes, (teal and black colored), hiking boots, light blue plastic bag

8:38 am BM goes to room, changes into blk v neck, hiking boots, carrying different bag

8:41 am BM texts SM that he arrived

9:12 BM leaves hotel, drives by wall, goes to MacDonald’s. Throws things in trash. Trash Drop #3

BM then goes to a car wash

BM then goes to Men’s Wearhouse parking lot, spends 40 minutes. Driver & pass doors open and close multiple times. Trash Drop #4

ETU Goes back to room with large notebook with messy papers

ETU Leaves room in a different shirt, gray t shirt, with large notebook and neat papers, 20 minutes later

ETU BM goes to wall and works 11-15 minutes, removed blocks from wall.

11:20 am BM calls SM. No answer

12:06 pm BM calls MM1

12:27 pm BM throws away 2 bags, with camo coat, tree container, (tranquilizer material?), in dumpster at HIE. He walks across lot rather than parking near dumpster. BM walks back to hotel with hands in pocket and head down. Trash Dump #5

12:42-5:55 pm BM in room at HIE

3:39 pm texts SM, asks her to call him

5:15 pm PP neighbor Ritter calls

5:55 pm BM changed shirts again and left hotel room.

6:00 pm BM makes multiple trips in and out of hotel entrance bringing in hand tools including a shovel and rake. Asks front desk if he can leave them for his workers.

"On May 10, 2020 at 1746 hours the Chaffee County Communications Center received a report of a missing female in the area on County Road 225 and West Highway 50."

BTW, I don't think there will be much or any blood or human DNA evidence in this case.

Barry didn't kill her at the house, IMO. If he tossed her body off a certain cliff, above a remote ravine (but not far from, say, Monarch Pass or the fire camp, she would have had fall-type injuries and died from those injuries. If not for the error of the tranq cap, LE would have at least considered that she was either abducted and shoved off a cliff.

If, OTOH, she had already died when thrown off the cliff, that would have been forensically detectable for quite some time after death. If animals scattered the bones, much more confusing picture.

So MAYBE the corn was involved in attracting deer and rodents, which would attract mountain lions and coyotes and bobcats, who would scatter her remains and make any forensic picture much more difficult.

If she had been buried (and a tree planted on top of her?), well that points right to Barry. I think he disposed of her (either dead or unconscious) in a place he had carefully planned to use.

I can see that. Adding to that, I bet he painted it as Suzanne doesn't love or care about us anymore, she's a huzzy, putting Suzanne in the worst possible light, bringing up any old issues the girls may have in the past with their mom, just twisting their memories of their mother. I see BM as being Good Time Charley dad and Suzanne being the down-to-earth rules parent and I can see BM using that to his full advantage.

That's a heavy burden to put on two young women who have lost their mother, no matter what happened to her.

Yes true he rebooted it at 5.30 pm however for some reason it shows that at 4:44 BM truck door opens/closes, so I'm confused why that fact would still be in the memory.

A tech person will need to lay this out, but apparently and interruption of the starting 12v battery stops some features but not all.
It seems like geolocation history is wiped, but not control operations.

Being in possession of tranquilizer darts requires licensing. Even if he had a deer farm back in Indiana, which allowed him to tranquilize and capture deer there, that wouldn't work in CO and he knew it.

Since it is my opinion that the most obvious source of Barry's darts was the Fire Department, it would not surprise me to learn that they found the cap (almost immediately), checked their locked medical supply cabinets (both in ambulances and at stations) and found a box missing. These are highly controlled substances. People steal ketamine to use as a date rape drug.

So Barry just turning up with a package of 3 darts would have been a bit...suspicious...to say the least.

I am now wondering if this missing box of darts is one of the reasons that the entire group of firefighters was banned from searching. Dart cap found in dryer at home of missing person; dart is the brand used by firefighters to tranquilize bears and mountain lions - so it's strong; missing dart box was then noticed at Fire Station.

That's basically what I said, but you said it better than I ever could so I just left it alone.

On 05/08/20, Suzanne wrote a note in her phone about all the reasons she wanted a divorce from Barry. It appears he tried to look through her phone while they were on vacation, he accused her of having a boyfriend and he didn't like when she would take hydrocodone.

It's unclear why she was taking hydrocodone, but we do know that her cancer had come back. She confided in a close friend that she was worried about the toll her marriage was taking on her health.

I think the reporter may be surmising hydro was for “hydrocodone.” I haven’t seen any other tweets about the word hydro on Suzanne’s list that spelled it out as hydrocodone. In all my years, I’ve never heard anyone refer to it as “hydro.” More often just Vicodin or “vikes.” But maybe it’s a regional thing.

There’s also the possibility that Suzanne may have been taking hydroxyzine for anxiety, or to control nausea from chemotherapy.

Yes, definitely. But regardless of that, at some point he got in the truck at PP and left. It would be nice to know when the truck moved from PP. Not when his cell phone moved, but when the truck moved.

I recall some mention that the job at Broomfield was booked with BM a month before SM's disappearance.

Wouldn't there be some e-mail trail of the conditions, prep-work, site permit, other such business details that would normally be part of the planning. Is there a reason by the owner for the sudden need for this work to start on Monday?

The email trail on this should be very interesting.

The original plan for the Broomfield job – a retaining wall – included only Gentile and Barry, she said.

“We were originally supposed to go out there at the end of April,” Gentile explained.

She said, the plans changed, pushing the project to the first of May, then changed again to the weekend of May 10. Gentile said she was surprised when Barry called her asking her to assemble a crew for the job.

“Last minute he changed everything. In fact, he called me that Sunday – Mother’s Day – and was really frantic, really didn’t sound like himself,” Gentile said. “I hung up the phone and I thought he just had the worst night of his life.”

Did BM use the 'business center'* there or hotel wifi on his own device(s)?
Did he rent a pay-per-view movie or sports event?
If so, did he stay in room, presumably watching the whole time, or run trash dumps, other. errands?

I like @OldCop theory that perhaps the 2:00 a.m. outgoing call was BM ripping the charger out of the wall with phone attached and inadvertently dialing a call. The charger has never been found, along with her phone. JMO

I wonder if he was removing the battery from the phone so it could not at all be tracked and it caused a signal that resembled a dialed call.

Of course, I know nothing about the details of cell phones so this is just a wild speculation on my part

I’m going to go with more bad acting. I think he might of caught her sending nudes on the afternoon of Saturday the 9th. Probably was watching trail cams that were perfectly aimed at the back of the house where she happened to be sunbathing. Maybe he was aiming cams toward the house when he said he was looking for a turkey by the river when he stopped home for lunch.

This sending nudes thing in the preliminary hearing really makes me think this could be what drove BM into his final rage. It was kind of presented as read between the lines. This and his fellow workers saying he was constantly checking trail cams.

I think he knew that she was having an affair but he could not figure out whom with. Jmo
