There are so many smart and detailed people on this thread. I can't wait to see the AA and hear more details at trial. I believe we will all have speculated a lot of factual information and theories. :D

Barry is going down and I think MG and JP will also play a key role on Barry's comings/goings that weekend.

In Lauren Scharf's video she said JP suspected something suspicious was up immediately with BM and for MG and him to take notes, which they did and turned over to LE.

MOO
JP's background makes his viewpoint very relevant to me. Takes a perp to really know a perp. Looking forward to both taking BM down a notch or two. What a great irony for a guy who is a self-righteous bully and murderer.

Devils advocate here.. why was Suzanne bothered so much by garage cameras in her 50 reasons to leave note. My thought was because that money was there and they both knew it and both wanted it.

I’m just trying to figure why she had the issue with the garage cameras.
Would you like to be watched? Would you like it if your spouse asked you where you went each time you left the house, even when they were at work? If Barry was in the habit of calling Suzanne whenever she headed out and asking questions, she might have been fed up.

I hope I'm wrong but I hope again Suzanne did not have someone at their house Mother's day.
If LE knows that a SA's dna was in the glove compartment, how do they NOT know who he is? Wouldn't he be in a national database?
Or, is that a rumor, that the dna is from a registered SA or just an unidentified male or female?
DNA could be touch, not necessarily fluids.
I also highly doubt Suzanne had another person over on any given day. Doesn't have to have been on Mother's Day.

What happened in the kitchen? (remember no photos taken when for sale)
If he was really chasing her around the house, is that where he caught up to her?

A notch or two? How about life in prison. That'd do it.

So where do we think this money went? It was kept in the garage if I’m correct. I hope SM took it to be honest and put it in her account. Any ideas? I mean he did have garage cameras at one point that SM was really bothered by. So I do really hope she got it and stashed it away somewhere for her girls. One last thing she could do to support herself and her daughters if she managed to get out.

Side note- I bet that money was really hers anyway from her inheritance that he borrowed time and time again from her so he needs to stop worrying about it.
I find it hard to believe that Barry would allow Suzanne to have access to 70k or any other large amount of cash, considering he was suspicious of her already....Unless, he was baiting her. If that is the case, then it could have been any amount...not necessarily 70k.

Yes great point I wasn’t thinking of. Suzanne is bothered by him watching her but he is only worried about the money he is hiding in the garage. I think he was always more concerned about money than her.

And Suzanne may have been trying to make BM fed up also ..... foiling his surveillance and irritating him.

“I just wish he would get fed up with me and let me get out of the marriage,” Suzanne told Sheila in another text message.

Here’s the best explanation of what was said in the courtroom regarding that DNA on the glovebox of SM’s Range Rover. Several reporters were confused imo. Sounds like it matched to ONE person who has SIMILAR DNA to someone who’s in the system as having been charged with 3 SA charges,

So to me, sounds like it could be from someone who worked on her car who happens to be a blood relative of the SA offender. JMO

On cross-examination, Barry Morphew’s attorneys said that unknown male DNA, that did not match Barry, was found on the glove box of Suzanne’s Range Rover, which was similar to the DNA of one male with three sexual assaults when it was put into CODIS, the national prison database.

Shelly Bradbury tweet 1:15pm 8/10/21:
‘Grusing testifies that Barry told CBI he went home and had lunch with Suzanne on May 9, but that cell records show he actually walked around their home towards a nearby trailer park at that time. He later told the FBI he was looking for turkeys.’

I was wondering about BM walking towards a nearby trailer park when he came home for lunch on 5/9. I’ve read that he was looking for a turkey MM had shot in the backyard near the river IIRC.

Isn’t the trailer park in the opposite direction of their backyard and away from the home? Would this walk take him by the location where the bike was found? I couldn’t readily find a map for reference regarding the location of the Morphew home to the nearby trailer park. If someone has one to post as a visual, TIA.
Here ya go.

I assume they do know who it is. They probably ran the dna through CODIS & matched him. LE probably interviewed him. My guess. Imo

I agree. JP was likely familiar, from his experience re criminals, with BM’s personality type: untruthful, manipulative, untrustworthy, exploitative, selfish, and aggressive. Barry could play a lot of people because he appeared to be outwardly respectable, but it sounds like JP had his number from early on.

I doubt she took any money out of that safe, IF there was any cash there to begin with. Maybe he needed it to pay off someone?
She would've known that would be a whole helluva lot of trouble with an unstable man.

thought it was only a partial match!? So could be that persons cousin, uncle, brother etc. until we have a dna expert to explain the results it doesn’t mean much.

Do you think we will hear any information from MG’s interviews with investigators during the prelim? Or see texts between her and Barry?
No doubt in my mind she's quoted in the AA. If the judge truly prevents the defense from monopolizing TIME, then yes since Sunday events are still to come.

The DNA in Suzanne's vehicle could be someone who worked on her car, did an oil change or the annual inspection. Those are the types of people who have access to my vehicle.

My husband's DNA is probably not even in my SUV because he has his own SUV that he drives. When we go out, we go in his vehicle. I can't even remember the last time he was in my SUV, if ever.

I think that is just another red herring.

JMO.

On the Unmasked YouTube the other night with LS and CM, Chris asked Lauren if they said “ DNA Markers” and she said Yes. CM said oh well, that’s nothing, no big deal.

I explained it and it came out with your quote! It's CBD oil that is good for pain. Some people think because its marijuana you get high from it but that is not the case. (medical marijuana)
Cancer patients typically have a medical card allowing for purchases of higher doses than recreational stores can sell. The full entourage effects of the whole cannabis plant are best for pain management and appetite. CBD is just one of the hundreds of active cannabinoids in the plant and it’s basically weak sauce, hence why it’s legal in all states

Anthing is possible. I have been thinking about LandManatee's thought, and I think it is a good possibility.

I personally think it would be very uncertain to toss a bike down a slope and make it look like it crashed. You would need some weight on the bike for it to travel very far down the slope. With no weight on it, it could very well just land a little way down and in a flat 'tossed' position. Possibly landing so that it is not even facing downwards.

Perhaps the bike was staged from the bottom of the slope. And perhaps, surrepetiously, in the daylight/twilight/early dawn ... so he could see what he was doing. That the staging looked adequate (to him).
It was a full moon night, at that altitude it’s very bright

At one of the hearings before the preliminary the Defense was listing things they don’t have or can’t access in the Discovery and MG’s phone records were on that list.
Heck yeah, we’re going to hear from the person who worked with BM on Saturday and was told to round up a crew for Sunday. MG had 5 interviews with LE.
