I had a friend, who planned her 'leaving' for weeks, and it was most elaborate.
She was successful, even organising a moving van, while her Creep was at work.
Completely surprised him.

Pleased for her that she achieved this. The strength shown by such individuals is amazing.

This article was by Fox31 Denver (LS sister Fox network in Denver). I wonder if they had their own reporter in Chaffee County or copied LS notes? Still surprised a viewer did not report the error using that button at bottom of the page!

Your timeline has a specific time (10:48 AM) that BM sent the text so I believe your timeline is correct - no adjustment required.

Tweet in question does not include a timestamp of the text/call. The point we were making is that BM was NOT in airplane mode when he traveled to do his afternoon calls (Kims, DSi) so SM could track his location and would know that he was on his way to PP whether or not he called/texted. MOO

That's exactly what I was thinking. Suzanne had already sent him the picture of her sunbathing, so why ask about the weather? He must have been very worried, especially if he knew some of the things Barry had done to Suzanne recently.

I really wish he had called police. Who knows what they would have discovered if they visited the house on Saturday.

I wonder what would have happened if JL had called the police on Saturday? Realistically.

It could be that the police would not take a call like that with much importance, initially. (Maybe they would after the fact, after Suzanne was officially reported missing and they were trying to develop a timeline.)
Especially if they knew that BM was a 'responsible volunteer firefighter'.
Is a secret girlfriend who stops texting because her husband came home an anomoly? Or would that be thought to be 'normal' behaviour?

JL deleted his LinkedIn profile, so where did they get the LinkedIn info from-would Suzanne’s cloud have captured actual communication, or was it via SW? Do they have anything from WhatsApp? Doubtful since both phones are gone, and I don’t think messages are saved on the server. Suzanne said she was switching over to WhatsApp at 2:11 pm. I’m wondering what was going on between Suzanne & JL on WhatsApp between 2:11 and 2:44 when Barry showed up. Maybe we are going to find out from a “significant witness” who could be JL.

I'm am trying to rethink these multiple FB friends requests. What time and date were these? Were any of the
requests granted? Was there any communications between the new friend?

One of their arguments was The BM can speak about a another, but she can't. In the text.
If he did take her phone and read it, I am sure they had terrible argument.

SM, Could have done it, basically to tell BM to FO. IMO

I find it odd that both Barry and Suzanne use the term "another" for the person the other one may be cheating with. Didn't he text her that he could never love "another"? If my husband had "another" I would be calling her all kinds of things that might be not very nice 4 letter words but "another" sounds almost poetic or romantic? I just thought that was odd but then a lot of things going on in the Morphew house are. MOO

So by not specifically identifying the personal item, they might have been hoping to tweak his curiosity. See if he would go looking for the helmet he dumped, to see if that was what they found and not some obscure other item that he inadvertently dropped/left behind.
In other words ... did BM wonder is the helmet still laying where he left it? And are Suzanne's remains still well concealed, or have they discovered that site also?

I believe investigators obtained all of the identifying information regarding the dates/times and messages under a search warrant with LinkedIn. Authorities did not have SM or JL's phones. We know from the preliminary that JL was identified only after they followed SM's LinkedIn account. MOO

The direction of the bike is also the direction out to Hwy. 50. Sounds like Barry left at 4 am not 5 am if I am reading the timeline correctly. But that would put him in Broomfield at more like 7 :00ish. I imagine that will get filled in next week.

He said he left at 5 am, but car doors opened earlier.
At 8:10 a.m. he stopped at an RTD Bus stop in Broomfield off of HWY 36.

There are also 19 miles unaccounted for, which could have made the trip longer, if the Salida Stove trip turns out to be bogus.

Did he arrive at the HIE Broomfield before going to the bus stop / trash run?

And didn’t MG say that BM was outside her house around 4 am?

I believe he only alerted her he was coming home in the morning. No warning in afternoon.

#barrymorphew allegedly left around 1:30 makes a few calls checks out a job at Kim Gyms in Salida. Then returned home around 2:44 p.m.

If they believed Suzanne was possibly kidnapped, I have little doubt we would have heard about the helmet.

As this was a homicide investigation however, that’s the type of evidence that is almost never shared.

It’s not uncommon for crazies to come forward with false confessions, and holding evidence back is a way to validate their veracity.

This would also be helpful to vet any witness information, “Barry told me he dumped the helmet.”

If he picked her up I don’t think that was released during the hearing - anyone catch that? I believe he did tell her at 11am on say he had to go home and make the wife happy but we don’t have a cell ping or gps to support that just MGs word IIRC
