Somebody did the wash in that house and I presume it was Suzanne! So that cap found in the lint trap came from the time she did the wash. She was alive then. Someone explain to me otherwise.
Yes, this is the thing, isn't it? How long had the cap been there? Probably it was Suzanne who nearly always did the washing, but Barry may have done it sometimes. Or perhaps just once on that day. My feeling is that Suzanne would have known to clear the lint trap after every use. Someone once warned me that failure to do so could result in the machine catching fire, which made me quite paranoid about it, and so I do it always without fail. I think that it probably was Barry who did that final load, and he didn't know anything about lint traps. But that's just my opinion.

1. If he “trank”ed SM, he knew he could not let her autopsied, so he planned to hide her body well.
2. JL’s role in this tragedy will enable the defense to argue: she had at least one interstate affair that we know of. If JL didnt kill her, who’s to say it wasn’t a different boyfriend?”

Suzanne was already dead Saturday. She was home alone with her husband that day and overnight by his own admission. She lost all normal contact Saturday with her friends and family. Even Barry texted her at 8 am Sunday and she didn’t respond.

I do have a wee little bit of doubt about Barry browsing the dating sites. I am not 100% positive that Suzanne would never search a site on Barry’s phone in order to make him the bad guy, the cheater. She was trying to get out of the marriage and maybe she wanted some ammo. I know how stupid that sounds, but nothing shocks me in this case.
Possibly. What better way to see if your husband were cheating than to get on sites and look for his pic.

If, after the girls left, Suzanne told him the marriage was over then I suspect she let him do his own laundry.
I'm not sure about that - after all, she was still cooking for him.

Day 2 Morning session

Can not guarantee that everything is correct. Was speed writing. I hope this link works.

I know you feel funny cause you want to get every single detail right but this is so so appreciated!! I literally settled in as if I was starting to read a new book.

First thing out of the gate is oh, Suzanne waited an hour before answering Mal (or Macy) about biscuits cause she was chatting with JL. I did feel some type of way for her that she knows her dead Mom was ignoring her so she could talk with her lover. It’s all so terrible.

Well at least Barry admitted celebjihad was his account! But now it’s in my internet search too, so if I come up missing, I wasn’t really looking..,,

This. I have had patients who've expressed reservations about maintenance treatment , generally regarding length of treatment, ongoing side-effects and a desire to be "done' with the physical and mental toll. But I've never had one opt out, especially as a repeat survivor, and I'd expect SM to have been fully committed to any treatment program that would help ensure a healthier future, especially as she contemplated a future that was Barry-free.
I'm sure you're right, but I feel that in her situation she might have decided to leave anyway, and just postpone the appointment, not opt out altogether. Also, could she not have left him and stayed at a motel for a little while?

It appears the use of tranquilizer darts on humans is chock full of risks. If the dosage is excessive, it can easily be lethal, cause respiratory failure or brain damage, to name a few hazards. Obviously, we don't know the type or dosage of such an event in this crime, if it actually applies.
I’m interested in the effects of the tranquilizer darts have on people. I tried finding some info but wasn’t successful
Do you have a link to this information? Also, wouldn't the danger of tranquilizer darts be with the drug used in the dart? This news from the prosecution was really surprising to me. TIA for the link @Scootie98

I have alot of doubts here. Suzanne saying she's afraid of Barry, but yet has a 2 year fling with a guy, even meeting him in different parts of the country! Planting a spy pen in Barry's truck, taking a selfie in her bathing suit without fear of him seeing it. Girls said they never saw any abuse from him. Not a shred of evidence that he cheated. They gave themselves financial problems, Suzanne wanted that house.

Well according to you, she did all the laundry.
So there’s that.

Oh I suspect he would be acting weird if they had a fight or because Suzanne told him she wanted a divorce. I have never met anyone who was "normal" for awhile after a spouse asked for a divorce.
I can see someone being distressed after one's spouse says 'they're done'. Distress isn't psychosis. BM is severely mentally ill. He killed her. He hasn't plead not guilty due to temporary insanity. He hasn't admitted to killing her.
He was stalking her. His putting his phone on airplane mode had more to do with Suzanne not knowing where he was due to the fact he WAS watching her, not her wondering who he was with, that's horse manure.
He had his phone disabled in order to kill her and hide her body.
It all comes down to common sense. Every last bit of it.
Just my honest opinion.

We have a box of 4 darts, with one dart missing.

We have a dart cap in the dryer.

We have BM admitting to throwing away tranquilizer materials on Mother’s Day.

There’s surely more coming, as that’s a damning thing to admit to. I can’t wait to hear what animal Barry throws into this explanation!
I believe it was a fox (are there even foxes around there?!), so I have just rounded him up, and put him in our zoo!:D

From the Prelim info put together by @NoSI:
BM got reportedly “really upset” and asked the Ritters’ to call LE.
SM reportedly liked to ride her bike “up US50 and then to Fooses”.

I’ve attached 2 maps. The first shows, approximately, (I think), where they have described the location where SM’s helmet was discovered. This surprised me a bit. I always thought that it was found on the north side of Hwy 50. They have said it was west of 225 and that is where they searched when they closed the road the day after the helmet was found. At the prelim they said it was found on the south side of Hwy 50. This indicates it was likely between Hwy 50 and county rte 226. 226 parallels Hwy 50 and intersects with Rte 225.
This is easier to show than describe, but you could ride from the Morphew home to the location where the helmet was found without having to go up on the main highway at all. If it was late at night, probably no one would see you toss a helmet there.
The second map describes the route that BM gave to LE as SM’s usual bike route. This contradicts MH’s statement that SM would never bike up that way because it was too steep and that she always took her vehicle when she went for a bike ride. However, this route would have her go by the location where BM dumped her bike, er, I mean where her bike crashed.
Did anyone else see that one of the reports from the prelim noted that there was no damage to the bike, but that one of the tires was locked? Question for the WS bikers: could a tire lock accidentally during a fall or crash? Or does it have to be locked manually? Is this why LE knew right away that SM never went on a bike ride that day?
BM sure likes to trapes along that river....moo

They lived in CO for 2 years, affair was a year and a half.

BM in control of their finances.

House in CO apparently half the size of their one in Indiana.

First read of @NoSI recap of PH Day 2. Wow. Just wow. So much trash. I guess they never found the teal blue “article” that Barry was carrying, since the defense was able to argue against it definitively being Suzanne’s biking jacket. I assume the prosecution can state it was not found in the house. The bike ride was staged from the bike toss to the clothing being discarded. I hope they recovered the camouflage jacket. I also hope that it showed there was absolutely no reason to throw it out, and maybe it contains some biological trace evidence of Suzanne. Almost forgot-oh yeah, Barry admits to just happening to take tranquilizer darts to Broomfield to throw away. Makes sense.

This was the PH. All they have to do is just have to offer up enough to proceed to go to trial. I think the two (??) that the State presented were the least embarrassing at first.
He was either embarrassed or angry. He was something. IMO

They were doing something right. IMO
