Day 2 Morning session

Can not guarantee that everything is correct. Was speed writing. I hope this link works.

Link Sharing

Thank you 1,000 more times, @NoSI !!!
You've put so much effort into this -- you must be so exhausted, body and brain!
And also, I am so glad you used that particular file-sharing platform, as even I can download it with my clunky old iPad!
Now, go get some rest and take care of yourself; it's so easy to reach burn-out.

I was looking to see how many spa store's there where around Denver to get chlorine and got 119.
Oh but I am mistaken, It was the ones that did not sell chlorine. IMO.

Is it more likely that BM left his driver’s door open upon his arrival at PP because he was in such a rage or is this proof that he knew what he was about to do and left the door open to run down the battery and remove any gps info already on the truck?
The hour near the river earlier has me stumped. It has always bothered me. Was he in fact watching her from afar and realizing that the hot, beautiful and charming woman in the pic was no longer his? Regardless he was raging. IMO

Do you mean JL's (Jeff Libler) phone? If BM knew the identity of JL in this or any other manner, he never revealed it to investigators. They found JL's identity on their own in Nov. 2020. But maybe his daughter or someone she told finally called in a tip? JL's family knowing SM is dead must be quite chilling. And an extra burden. MOO
I wonder if, and for how long, JL's family may have wondered if he did it?

Good ? For as long as they knew about the affair until SM got arrested? IMO

We don’t know much yet about the type of tranquilizer (if any) contained in the darts. But a quick Web search brought up at least one form - Xylazine (veterinary) that could be ordered online. I didn’t complete the order, but there were no restrictions listed in the ordering process (aside from completing an account.)

Xylazine Injectable

Apparently Xylazine is turning up in overdose deaths.

I must remember "xylazine" for the next time I play scrabble :)

‘I’m not the other woman’: Second contractor speaks out about Suzanne Morphew investigation | FOX21 News Colorado

And, she said, Barry’s behavior that weekend had seemed strange.

Barry had worked on the beach site Friday evening,” Gentile said. “Saturday, he had asked me to clean it up and rake it out, because we were going to bring it out to level – so it would be a beach sand and not muck.”

He was acting really weird about [the beach area], I was like Barry what’s up,” Gentile said. “He seemed stressed. He definitely seemed weird on Saturday.”

And, although Gentile had agreed to work in that area for the day, she said Barry dismissed her from the job early – at 11 a.m.

“He said that he had to go make the wife happy – do some hiking or biking,” she said. “And I found out, like, later that day that he was in town all day.”

Gentile said she heard Barry was out shopping by himself.
You rock @Cindizzi ! Thanks for all your posts, links, tweets and more!!!:)

agree to all except....I doubt he did any work on the retaining wall on Sunday. He may have looked it over, in order to convey instructions to his crew on what he thought they could accomplish without the necessary tools and equipment. Has it been established that he even visited that job site on Sunday?
Yes, during the prelim it was discussed he spent about 15 minutes at the sight on Sunday. It’s in the previous thread

The reporter tweets said Barry sat straight up in his chair when those dating sites were mentioned.

I like to think it was the spirit of Suzanne kicking him in the arse - “See Barry, I knew it.”

Or kicking him in another part(s) of his nether regions.

ahem :D

Trying frantically to catch up on my lunch break and just had a thought. Are washing machines / dryers “Smart” these days too? ie could you track when they were used at which time and date? Or would the Electrical Company be able to provide that type of information, knowing the normal ebbs and flows of power useage at a particular property? Just trying to narrow down if the washing was last done after 2.44pm on 5/9. Great work Everyone, and getting closer to Monday 23rd now! Cannot wait! :)

Can you point me to where that admision is?
NoSi wrote that Barry was confronted about the website in March 2o21 and he confirmed it was his account. Please remember, this is NoSi’s write-up and interpretation from the PH and and is here only here for discussion. Not etched in stone. I’m one of the few that thinks Suzanne could have searched on Barry’s phone.

I have alot of doubts here. Suzanne saying she's afraid of Barry, but yet has a 2 year fling with a guy, even meeting him in different parts of the country! Planting a spy pen in Barry's truck, taking a selfie in her bathing suit without fear of him seeing it. Girls said they never saw any abuse from him. Not a shred of evidence that he cheated. They gave themselves financial problems, Suzanne wanted that house.
One of Suzanne's daughters suggested a divorce to Suzanne and also suggested she get a restraining order. That flies in the face of saying that they never saw abuse from Barry.
According to Suzanne's uncle, she didn't want to move to CO. Suzanne's inheritance bought that house against her wishes. This 'fling' was a year and a half. Saw him maybe 6 times and consisted mostly of 'fooling around' not sex.
Suzanne's sister said that Barry was cheating on her in IN. IMO, he most likely was in CO too, on all of his dating apps.
Did she deserve to killed? Someone would have to be as psychotically insane as BM to think so.
IMO IMO IMO

Oh I suspect he would be acting weird if they had a fight or because Suzanne told him she wanted a divorce. I have never met anyone who was "normal" for awhile after a spouse asked for a divorce.
Yeah and when Suzanne told him she wanted a divorce, probably the FIRST thing that came to his mind was...$$$$$$$$$

And the second thing was probably 'I gotta kill her NOW! I've been thinking about doing it BUT NOW I HAVE TO!'

And we all know the rest of the story...

Thank you STG for this video and question, I had never picked up on the fact that there were 2 BIKES and it was the cheap bike <allegedly used for parts> that was recovered by LE.

Suzanne didn't take her expensive bike out for steep ride on Mothers Day, ummmm yeah.

He's so damn cheap he wasn't going to toss the $4,000 bike. Bye, Bye, Bye Barry.

ETA: MOO
Cheap Barry cannot change his spots. It will be these little things that will be his dimise

Agree. MOO it is clear she suspected him for a long time, and MOO he seemed to like making her more suspicious; maybe he thought her jealousy was fun, whether or not he was fooling around.

I know, it's weird. Their dynamics. She wanted to end 'how ever you spell civaly' but they at least seemed to be friends up to the end? They were going to go hiking? BM did
not buy a bike for "parts" her bike did not need any parts. IMO

If you can play an 8-letter word with an X and a Z in it, you win. I'm out! LOL

The newer high end ones have computer boards in them, so probably. Upon retrieval of the dart cap, if it was a higher end machine (and Barry being all about appearances I'm sure it was), then LE may have seized the entire unit. I would think Luminol would work fine in a washer, which is why I think he washed the majority of the DNA evidence away in the river.
