I'm thinking that is on purpose to look like he was just throwing away work trash. He knew cameras would be there, but I don't believe he thought he would be caught at any of the other locations dumping stuff.

OR, he used materials (soil, gravel, etc) at the site to dirty up possible evidence.

ETA: Tree pot might be too large to take into hotel to clean with bleach.

Agent Grusing is talking about when #BarryMorphew could have had time to dispose of a body on May 9 into 10. He told the judge Morphew had six hours to dispose of a body which could mean at least a 3 hour round trip.

This is what I thought was the time he moved the body. I found it interesting that he backed up 96 feet in his own driveway. I do that too, but only if I am blocking my husbands truck from backing out of the garage. I bet he left his phone at home AND his own truck, but drove her away with her phone and vehicle. Dumped the phone, and headed home to pack his truck with more trash.

The thing is there is no way the State would have brought that up without some serious reasoning that it may be linked to Suzanne's demise IMO.

I thought during the first 2 days it was stated Barry told them he threw away tranquillizer stuff at one of the trash dumps. I was thinking that was one of the only things he mentioned throwing way and at that point I felt it was because they might find some tranquillizer stuff at his house.

12:02 a.m. and 12:17 a.m. incoming/outgoing calls the morning of May 10, 2020 on #SuzanneMorphew phone. Agent Grusing said according to Verizon there were no calls or text messages during this time. The LAST REGISTERED CALL from Suzanne phone was on May 9 in the afternoon.

Back to the trash runs. Agent Grusing says #BarryMorphew never told them exactly what he threw away. Grusing says at the McDonalds run there possibly could have been two trash runs, but in photos you can not see what is thrown away. @KKTV11News

Now we're on to the redirect with DA Jeff Lindsey. May 10 morning: Barry turned left instead of right (right = direction of Salida & Broomfield) on Hwy 50.

Grusing says Barry told him it was b/c he saw elk and wanted to see if they were shedding antlers. Barry said he went to Garfield turnaround and then onto Salida. Barry told Grusing this may have been around 4:30 a.m.

JMO elk shed their antlers from February - April usually. It is all part of the pineal gland changing when spring approaches. The month of May would be considered "late".

Grusing is answering questions about #BarryMorphew talking about shooting chipmunks around the home on May 9. "I shoot chipmunks. So when I am home I go around the house and when I see another I’ll shoot it," Barry had said in an interview allegedly shot the chipmunks with a 22.

Investigator clarifies, in dryer, it was a needle sheath for a tranq dart gun- not a "dart cap". He says #BarryMorphew said he shoots deer w/ the tranq gun so he can gets their horns. Says he shot 2 deer, just for horns, in 4/2020. They wake up w/ no horns and run off.
