Now going to May 6, 2020. This was the day Suzanne said her relationship with Barry was "done." She met with neighbor Jeanne Ritter for coffee 9-11 a.m. Ritter said Suzanne seemed "energetic" and "excited."

Agent Grusing says #BarryMorphew told him he could have thrown some chemical away but he does not remember. He says the cap in the dryer had nothing to do with him. The tranquilizer gun found in the garage did not work according to law enforcement. @KKTV11News

It’s cross examination-Grusing is holding his own here. They are just looking for loopholes, but he is experienced. They don’t have all the trash runs on camera, but they have some. Barry admitted he made trash runs and mansplained why. The tranquilizer cap isn’t from the dart itself, but the needle. His calls could have been made from his truck, or the hotel room. Whatever so far.

Wasn't the cap from a needle used to inject chemicals into a dart? It wasn't the actual cap to a tranq. dart. I just read a tweet from Ashley Franco that stated this. If this is a cap to a needle that administers chemicals than that is more damning than a tranq cap. Please correct me if I read that wrong. I will try to post source.

Ugh she was totally elated by the idea that they were over, she made it clear and she thought they were on good enough footing for her to start to create her next chapter.. full of real love and light. Hope and relief.

He pulled the wool over her eyes big time… he got her guard down. Disgusting, diabolical.

Defense is asking Grusing about the multiple "cordial" texts and phone calls between Barry and Suzanne in the two days after Suzanne texted him "I'm done" on the morning of May 6.

LOL. That is far fetched. She texts BM that she doesn't care what he has been doing in the last year, but she is done (with her coffee). This just made me laugh out loud.

Nielsen is going over the timeline of events with Grusing, according to text messages, FB messages, truck data. The state is telling the judge that Agent Grusing didn't go over the text messages between #barrymorphew and Suzanne. The judge allows the timeline to continue.

So it was May 8th that Suzanne's phone received a reset code and she friended 'multiple' men that night.

Barry could still have done it and that is why there were reset codes IMO
