#BarryMorphew had pointed to black bicycle shorts which they put in a ziploc bag. The undersheriff also said there were riding gloves wadded up on the floor. Morphew is escorted out of the home. He was in the home from 9:37 p.m. until 9:40 p.m.

I believe it was reported on a while ago that SM was attending Al anon meetings because of her alcoholic father.

Al Anon is support for people who are close to addicts, not addicts themselves.

In which case his DNA on the shell might mean nothing since it could have been loaded long ago (depending on how long since the last time he used the gun on chipmunks)

Undersheriff says as they searched the home they noticed that the door to the master bedroom had a crack in it which he says is consistent with forced entry. He says they also found a 22 caliber unspent shell next to the side of the bed #SuzanneMorphew slept on.

The state is asking the undersheriff about hunting. Asking if he knows when elk shed their antlers. Undersheriff Rohrich said they typically shed their antlers before March and that Bulls and Cows aren't typically together in May. #BarryMorphew preliminary hearing.
