Just to point out for the timeline @OldCop

LS says in the video (timestamp 32:07)

Barry called Suzanne 11 times at 2:26pm on Sat May 9th (in our timeline as the morning) and at 2:39pm JL texted SM "my gang is home" to which there was no response. I haven't finished watching yet to see if there are any other differences.

Thanks, @Tortoise.

EXHIBIT 85-87: Photos of #BarryMorphew hands and arm with injuries. According to Undersheriff Rohrick, Upper left arm looks like there are fingernail injuries. 3 abrasions or cuts scabbing over. Outside of his hands were injuries in various stages of healing.

This is big. Hand injuries can be explained away, but those scratches on his arm are much harder.

Maybe he’s got another animal to throw into the zoo? “I was wrestling a bear, as I do, and it got me…”

Now turning to May 13th, Undersheriff says photos of #BarryMorphew were taken. They included some injuries on his hands in various stages of healing, and on his left arm just below shoulder, there were fingernail marks.
@KKTV11News

A landscaper with various injuries in various stages of healing is 100% normal.

Fingernail scratches near the shoulder however... o_O

Just a thought....if chased into bedroom.....and IF the spy pen was active, wouldn't it have recorded the event?
Oh my gosh! I HOPE SO! It seems it would have, and we know the pen was found in the Master bedroom. Fingers crossed the bombshells are coming!

Undersheriff Rohrich is now talking about tranquilizer darts and guns. He has used them for four years. Explaining how you use them putting the solution in the dart and then put it in the gun. He used them for vicious dogs when he was animal control officers.

This is definitely going to play into the State's theory at trial. They keep circling back to it with each witness.

MOO

I wonder if the metal pieces found in the Morphew fireplace appeared to be from the same type of file as what BM was seen carrying into and then out of hotel (previously described as a notebook - at first messily arranged, and later neatly). Could they have been pressboard multipart folders with metal tabs?

IIRC, it was some kind of property insurance document relating to the house and property on which they'd taken a Land Contract in Indiana.

Property insurance possibly with a death benefit? Easier to get than a life insurance policy for someone with cancer?

#BarryMorphew is wearing a long sleeve red and blue flannel. This is the first time we are watching video of inside the Morphew home. He heads into the home and takes a left into a closet and points to clothing then Barry is seen going to the kitchen to get a plastic ziploc bag.

Is this yet another wardrobe change? I don't recall this particular set of clothes being mentioned before. Hmmm... It would be interesting if this was not the set of clothes captured on the HIE cameras when he checked out of the hotel.

MOO.

So sad.

The rules don't apply to Barry. As shown by his mask-wearing (down below his nose) every time he's stepped into the courtroom. (I've said it before, but this man is on TRIAL (or soon will be) for his LIFE, and has the gall to blatantly ignore courtroom rules!) His lack of self-awareness is exceptional!
It's very DISTURBING to me, very.

can that ziploc bag be matched to other ziploc bags from the same batch? could explain it.

Dunno about that. If they were suspicious they could certainly have taken the bags later during their warranted search of the house, I presume,

But we know they were immediately suspicious of BM, seized his truck, wouldn't let him in the home except for this, etc. Basic LE precautions. They wouldn't know what items in the home were relevant to the case. The only way it would seem ok to me is if they opened a brand new box of ziplocs to use.

It shows he's an absolute savage.
So true! I used to picture him as “rock em sock em robot” and now it’s more “cave man”. He actually seems to have some sort of obsession with shooting, killing, and animal parts. Disgusting!

The undersheriff is just obliterating BM’s wild life lies.

Also really interesting that BM was not asking questions, looking around the house or calling his ‘missing wife’ on May 10 when he got home.
