I'd like to know if the insurance papers had any changes to the original policy to infer premeditation (dates).
Me thinks finding insurance papers , wet towels , chlorine, wrong tools, in hotel not good for BM credibility.

I wonder if the whole Morphew family have shot that short rifle.
Probably a good learning rifle.
Gross to think about.

Defense argues that the General Manager from the hotel told CBI that the room #BarryMorphew was staying in was right above the indoor pool and that it and another room had a strong smell of chlorine from the pool. @KKTV11News
I know I got some catching up to do, however during covid particularly in May no pools were open.

I took my niece's hoping that they could swim in HIE, NO it was empty, gone, no pool.

Not only that that the Holiday Inn Express said they do not use bleach even in cleaning.

I can attest to the fact this can happen. I stayed in a hotel last year and had to move to other side of building. Chlorine smell from pool was overwhelming. It does happen.
But not during Covid 19, particularly right after the lockdown happened.

That seems to follow the most likely rational. But how would the GPS have old data and only 18 miles get wiped out by a reset?

That's exactly what's confusing me. I assumed the reset would erase all GPS data and go back to manufacturer's settings. However, perhaps data is stored in a cloud somewhere? I know it's supposed to be a safety feature that can be combined with OnStar or similar to get help for someone based on GPS positioning.

But not during Covid 19, particularly right after the lockdown happened.

I don’t believe it was enforced everywhere. We checked into one in May and actually left to find a new hotel because the pool was full and the COVID rules were not being enforced.

This should be very interesting. This guy knows his wife killers (Harold Henthorn).
Yes and BM doesn't appear to like this guy at all which, in my mind, makes him a threat.
