Does anyone know what time today's PH is over? The CO Court Docket shows start time only.

Is it 5:00 p.m. MST?

TIA.

I want to see the photo and what was she drinking if she were drunk? Not buying it.
He told Grusing that she had no chemicals in her system that glorious, amazing, best ever day.

Then he claims that she had drunk eyes in the photo she sent just minutes before he arrived home.

Slightly inconsistent.

Well, I wonder if loads of empty bottles are found: in the trash, hidden (as SM was supposedly hiding her drinking habits), visits to bottle shops, receipts etc.
Guess there will be no evidence of alcohol abuse.:)

Similar to BM labeling workers as 'meth heads'.
Only good old Barry, is pure.:D
But good old Barry, is going down, down, down quickly.
Robert Durst said his wife Kathie who was in medical school was a Coke head

"No one told me this would be on the test."

So was this hike after dinner was before sex? Also, neither of them brought their phones because why would they need a possible phone out with the wildlife there and in the rugged remote area they were in there wouldn't be any need to call for help. Neither of them had their phone? This was before or after he was backing up in the driveway and putting his phone on airplane mode?

Well, if they did "go for a hike" Saturday evening, I'd love to know where exactly. And then I'd love to go search that area!

Pools indoor and outdoor, gyms, rec centers, spas, fitness classes were closed in Colorado from March 17 through June 9.

Personal recreation | Colorado COVID-19 Updates

But the question is not whether the pool was open for use, but whether it had water in it - which might need chemicals to keep various kinds of microbes from accumulating. It was, I believe, an indoor pool. So even if guests weren't allowed in it, they'd still have to keep it clean.

Maybe the data was automatically downloaded already and he was only able to delete data from a shorter time period? I don't think disconnecting the battery would delete the odometer reading, so they would have had a starting point on the odometer to reconcile with Barry's alibi, regardless of the reset. JMO

That's what I'm thinking - and I agree that the reset would not reset the odometer.

We heard no blood in house. Did they mention luminol?

I can see exactly why investigators were so suspicious early on. He isn't acting like a man that has a wife who went missing on a bike ride. He is trying too hard to make it seem like a different thing happened. Probably just a lump there and I saw her breathing. I thought he kissed her before he left at 5am?

These men are all alike i.e FD. Wives go misssing and they trash them. Cannot hide their disdain.
MOO.

I imagine if Barry were to have them sketch an image of “CBD Tim,” it would look a lot like Steve Carell’s “Prison Mike,” from The Office.

He’d definitely be wearing a dark side of the moon T-shirt and have a pony tail.

Hahahhahahahahahahahahahah. “CBD Tim.”

We finally have this case’s “Eguardo.”
Lol :D I’m thinking “CBD Tim” doesn’t have much street cred with that nickname! I doubt that the pot, crack, cocaine, meth & pill dealers want to hang out with poor CBD Tim.

Good point. I’d have hoped they would empty it due to Covid, but maybe they didn’t, just chlorined it to the max. But the hotel would know if they did empty it.

Why wouldn't the God-fearing, standup citizen call the cops on the filthy DRUG DEALER?
CBD Tim my eye. Gotta give him a point for creativity. Why not alien abduction? That would at least explain why no one seems to know where Suzanne's drugged up/drunk/bike riding body is.

CBD is legal in CO (and nearly everywhere else). So is THC, which works better for nausea and pain (when combined with CBD).

What in the actual heck? Is he going to mutilate some more psuedo Christian language?
It's just what he is using as an opening to discuss SM's infidelities.
