FBI agents asked #BarryMorphew about the affair. He claims he wasn't aware of #SuzanneMorphew and Jeff Libler affair. Barry told the investigator, "Doesn't understand why God would take away my wife... Maybe in God's eye, this is the way of him resolving something."

Also, if your wife was drunk, 1) you didn’t like it when she was drunk so why would you want to go hiking with her whilst she was under the influence and 2) it was very careless of you to take her hiking whilst intoxicated!

‘Did you ever find the journal? No’; Evidence discovered inside Suzanne Morphew’s home released | FOX21 News Colorado

The door frame of the couples master bedroom on the first floor had damage. Undersheriff Andy Rohrich testified saying it appeared to be from forced entry from the outside. Investigators also found a .22 caliber unsent shell casing on Suzanne’s side of the bed.

Deputies were also told to look for three books that Suzanne kept together which were a bible, an Al-anon book, and a journal. Investigators never found the journal. Undersheriff Rohrich testified that pieces of a bookbinding were discovered in the fireplace partially burned.

The undersheriff testified about photos taken of Morphew’s hands and upper left arm. He described the markings as fingernail injuries and other injuries in various stages of healing.

#BarryMorphew phone went into airplane mode from 2:47 p.m. until 10:17 p.m. on May 9. The phone appears to be at the Morphew home from 10:17 p.m. until 3:25 a.m. the next day.

In an Interview with Agent Grusing on June 2 in the backyard of the Cushmans, #BarryMorphew mentioned that Suzanne was abusing drugs and alcohol. The last time she was doing well was the Summer of 2018.

Suzanne is recovering from her second cancer battle, and her loving husband judges her for wanting to (allegedly) use CBD and alcohol as stimulants. Surely if the love of your life found something that was helping with the side effects of cancer and treatment, you’d support it (unless of course it was becoming a problem or was illegal).

There could be a good chance Suzanne was drinking alcohol and using CBD for medicinal purposes, but nothing has been reported to suggest that she was “abusing” either. JMO. We only have Barry’s comments and zero proof, and we all know by now that we can’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth.

Yeah I don’t have a problem with a little drink or CBD to help her feel better, relax or even to deal with Barry! Does the CBD in CO have actual THC in it?

I am beginning to think that a criminal is only as good as his relevant technical skillset, luck, and imagination. Barry definitely benefitted from the first two -- it's the last one that is bringing him down, IMO. Gotta invent a SODDI? Why, here's a bike accident;, no, a mountain lion; no -- it's noted murderous street dealer CBD Tim, specialist purveyor of Things You Can Buy Safely and Legally Just Down the Street! Or (if he meant THC) via a scrip from your GP or oncologist, filled by a clean, fully-inspected and licensed supplier, and delivered to your door.

His contempt for Suzanne was so profound he just couldn't get past it, and out of his own way, had to keep on zinging her in every single interview and bit of testimony -- just like Frazee, just like Watts, just like Stauch and a thousand others.

Killing the person does not kill that contempt and resentment, it seems. Nothing will, apparently.
