Well, I'm confused. Is the pillow from the hotel or is it from Barry's house?
Pillow was in the hotel room. No mention of where it came from. Could've been a hotel pillow.
Or.

None taken. LolSo now that makes Suzanne a bisexual drunk/drug addict, I suppose.
*No offense to bisexual drunks/drug addicts intended*
IMO
You mean the person Barry trusted? The one who betrayed him?He was awesome, but man Grusing dealt the fatal blows IMO.
Omg. Talk about back handed. “No chemicals in her so had a good night.” Ewwww
We're all going to be laughing about CBD Tim for the rest of this case, aren't we?
When Barry left the house on Mother’s Day morning, he went left instead of right. He claimed he was following elk, but he just so happened to pass the spot where the helmet was dumped.
He explained the tranquilizer stuff, by claiming he shot deer in April and sawed their antlers off (as one does apparently). That seems more than a little illegal to me.
The very clothes he was wearing the afternoon of the alleged murder were found in the dryer (he likely washed and dried his clothes along with the syringe cap).
Photographs were taken a Barry a few days after Suzanne’s disappearance, and alleged fingernail scratches were observed on his upper arm.
A bike expert testified that the bike was “ghost ridden,” meaning it was pushed into that ravine and not ridden.
The door on the master bedroom was cracked, potentially indicating forced entry. Suzanne’s journal was missing, and may have been burned in the fireplace.
Barry made a number of incredibly bizarre and incriminating statements to investigators even asking for immunity if he “opened up his life to them.”
He spoke of Suzanne in the past tense multiple times, and (I’m crying laughing as I write this) accused a man named “CBD Tim” of involvement.
He claimed that they ate steak for dinner on Saturday night, and explained the lone plate in the dishwasher by saying that they shared it.
I’m sure I missed a lot, but that’s what I have from memory.
Yeah, this guy is up there with Chris Watts and Patrick Frazee IMO.Really nasty. She’s a cancer fighter and if she needs CBD or something to make her feel better, this creep wants to criticize her?
The Saturday night dinner and hike is just beyond ridiculousThank you so much. That’s perfect. Pretty good stuff.
@MassGuy I can't believe you are saying this. That's what I thought. Much like KK getting burgers in drive through!Ahhh yes. Marriage on the rocks, divorce in the offing, and they’re just sharing a plate.
Man, I wonder if he sat down to eat after killing her.

This the bombshell of the entire proceeding. The only reason we are here is because he talked to them for 24 hours without a lawyer. The entire case is based on an audit of his statements. He must've skipped over True Crime 101.
Yes, this gives immense satisfaction. I think ole' Bar thought this was his dude. hahahahahaYou mean the person Barry trusted? The one who betrayed him?![]()
Oh yeah of course we are @MrsWatson!We're all going to be laughing about CBD Tim for the rest of this case, aren't we?

Great recap. Any predictions on what we'll see tomorrow? Bombshells? When Barry left the house on Mother’s Day morning, he went left instead of right. He claimed he was following elk, but he just so happened to pass the spot where the helmet was dumped.

I went to a hotel in LA in early April, to drop off food to a friend who was quarantining away from family---and the pool was drained to keep people from trying to swim.I wonder if they drained the pool after they closed it? I know our local pools were closed too but I'm not sure if they drained them. If not, they'd still stink like chlorine the way pools do.
It was more like a stick and he cooked it on an open fire, heck he may have used the fireplace.Come on, Herat, they shared the fork, too. BM is romanitcal like that.
Scott was not at the hearing but sent someone from his office.Anyone have a good synopsis of the evidence today? I haven’t had much time so I’ve tried to follow Lauren Sharf’s tweets bu they’re frankly confusing.
Breathing cover lump .... hahahaQuite the little Saturday they had in BM’s mind. SM got drunk, someone may have broken into the home and messed with SM or her phone, but they had a quiet night burning files in the fireplace and then his breathing cover lump had a great nights sleep while he was doing stuff with his truck at 3am.
Perfectly normal.
