Quite the little Saturday they had in BM’s mind. SM got drunk, someone may have broken into the home and messed with SM or her phone, but they had a quiet night burning files in the fireplace and then his breathing cover lump had a great nights sleep while he was doing stuff with his truck at 3am.

According to testimony, Barry Morphew told the CBI investigators he and Suzanne had steaks and had sex on Saturday – the day before she went missing. But later during testimony, Grusing said investigators found only one plate and knife. Morphew said perhaps they shared the steaks.

When Barry left the house on Mother’s Day morning, he went left instead of right. He claimed he was following elk, but he just so happened to pass the spot where the helmet was dumped.

He explained the tranquilizer stuff, by claiming he shot deer in April and sawed their antlers off (as one does apparently). That seems more than a little illegal to me.

The very clothes he was wearing the afternoon of the alleged murder were found in the dryer (he likely washed and dried his clothes along with the syringe cap).

Photographs were taken a Barry a few days after Suzanne’s disappearance, and alleged fingernail scratches were observed on his upper arm.

A bike expert testified that the bike was “ghost ridden,” meaning it was pushed into that ravine and not ridden.

The door on the master bedroom was cracked, potentially indicating forced entry. Suzanne’s journal was missing, and may have been burned in the fireplace.

Barry made a number of incredibly bizarre and incriminating statements to investigators even asking for immunity if he “opened up his life to them.”

He spoke of Suzanne in the past tense multiple times, and (I’m crying laughing as I write this) accused a man named “CBD Tim” of involvement.

He claimed that they ate steak for dinner on Saturday night, and explained the lone plate in the dishwasher by saying that they shared it.

I’m sure I missed a lot, but that’s what I have from memory.

I admit, I'm on the fence about this one. On one hand, I can believe that in Barry's arrogant mind Suzanne would never have an affair because she would never ever betray him that way, he controlled her, he owned her. And who would cheat on his magnificence? I believe that he may not have had definitive proof of the affair before he killed her. There was plenty of other motive well in advance, starting with the May 6 text about her being done, and whatever else happened after that. He is being charged with premeditation so he did not just snap when he saw a text on her phone and decide to kill her right then and there. I don't think that is critical either way, it plays in only in the timeline that she was never heard from again after 244 despite Barry's story otherwise.

But then, he is a lying liar who lies, so there is that.

Arrogance and ego, brings these types down every time, because they're so used to bullying, charming, manipulating, lying, and exhausting the people in their lives until they surrender. Ok Barry whatevs. But seasoned LE officers in a murder investigation...not going to fall for those tricks!

Well I’m off to cook dinner. Apparently my husband does not understand the significance of what is happening and that I must stay on WS & Twitter for almost 10 hours today. In the end, this is simply about a lovely woman who wanted to end her marriage and move on. Suzanne should not be dead because Barry couldn't handle the rejection.

I think that May 6 text is the catalyst and he went in full spy mode - gathering up as much information on her as he could and found something in his searching that set him over the edge - those 11 times on Saturday he called her - I believe he came home in an absolute fury and killed her in her shorts and string top - put her in a cooler within a cooler then sat and figured out what he should do next to completely cover up what he did - once that was set In his mind - he made his steak and ate it all by himself -

do they even need to go to a dispensary for CBD? I can buy some at the vape store down the street. Or online. And this is in my state which only just legalized weed a month ago. CBD has been legal since way before that.
