I have to believe that BM did have spyware and/or something that compromised the recovery of his own phone. FBI is the best at this sort of thing and this text is disturbing to me:

I'm not certain that tracking devices or spy apps would prevent LEO from recovering everything (deletions) from Barry's cell phone.
LEO was unable to obtain all data from the phone of the accused killer, AF, of Tristyn Bailey, Florida.

“Search Warrant #1 - Aiden Fucci Cellphone” was filed for record with incomplete data results on May 20, 2021"

Could it be that, while he was out getting the blade changed, he could have been watching SM via the home trailcams, and maybe he saw her doing something like taking a selfie, texting or talking on the phone -- if he was already suspicious of her activities, he might have been calling over and over just to try to disrupt her connection with someone else? MOO

I dunno. I think BM had this idea in his mind that whatever was going to happen on Saturday was 100% in SM's control.

I believe the couple had been in this place countless times before where SM was at the end of her rope and wanted to take a break but somehow BM would come through with bigger and better love bombs -- another gift, expensive trip, or guilt her over their daughters, and SM would relent.

I think that May 6 was the turning point for SM. She'd made a decision and there was no turning back. She made reference to her own mother leaving her father Gene in a similar manner -- with her mind ready.

I agree that something clicked with BM before lunch. Whether it was some type of spyware or the realization that SM didn't want him anymore. He was on his own mission now and he wasn't turning back. But this will always be SM's fault. He will always blame SM for breaking up the family, and this had a price. MOO

Two questions, do you or anyone know if the 18 miles missing is each way or round trip? Please don’t laugh because it’s unclear at least to me.
Your thoughts on a cellphone jammer are extremely interesting to me especially because I live in a state where several years ago a recent widow/school teacher and her 16 year old daughter were brutally murdered in their home. A jail informant contacted the FBI and local LE stating that he knew these two were killed after a cell jammer was installed (?) at their front door prior to the assaults and murders.
The fact that BM’s truck was reset has me totally confused but a cell phone jammer in the house matters. I look forward to what the truck people can add to when and why the truck reset. I bet it’s damning! IMO

When you live with someone for twenty years, they tend to develop a keen sense of what you may be doing, with or without the aid of cameras.

One Saturday, when the x was out of town, he was unaware that DD was home from college due to a sinus infection. The x called 42 times. She counted them and told me later that evening how often he called on the landline because she was curled up trying to watch tv when these calls interrupted her afternoon's rest while I ignored his phone calls.

Imagine your home phone ringing 42 times in one afternoon because your spouse expects you to always be available. Imagine your cell phone ringing 11 times within a couple of hours. It is unnerving. It is unnecessary. It is abusive.

They know we don't wish to speak to them. The more I learn of Suzanne's life and ultimate death, the more fortunate I feel for surviving.

They do not give up - ever. They are persistent. They can drive you crazy if you let them.

Nielsen is showing that #BarryMorphew was in his truck when he made numerous calls on Sunday, May 10 in Broomfield. The state is saying that his phone could still be synced to his truck when he isn't in the truck like when he was inside his hotel room & truck parked nearby.

When I was googling resetting a vehicle like BM's it said it would clear the center screen and any data connected to that such as phone calls/messages/GPS etc. Not sure if BMs had one but would guess it did - made me think about whether he had a 2nd phone cos, obvs, if you're innocent and only had one mobile why would you wanna reset when you have nothing to hide

At the end of Day 4 of the PH, it seemed like the State ended with the point that BM told Ritter to look for the bike ( planting the seed of a bike ride).

Someone enduring domestic abuse does not always get slapped around leaving bruises or knocked around leaving swollen knots or pushed down causing scrapes. Not all of us had black eyes like Nicole Brown Simpson.

However, damage comes in many forms. I will have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for the rest of my life because my psyche was damaged by the Classic Double Bind that Control Freaks use. There are still flashbacks. I am damaged by the marks he left in my mind and the scars left upon my heart.

Like Suzanne, I stayed for my DD's sake. Like Suzanne, my x put a Glock to his head. Like Suzanne, I would have lived in a shack for he was surely killing me. The only difference is that a bullet would have been quicker.

I wonder if GD was questioned about whether or not he saw scratches and cuts on Barry's arms and hands prior to the searches beginning? Or if and when he observed them? He was there, I assume at all the of the same searches with Barry....and may have an observation or two about that.
