GUILTY CO - Thomas Helmbrecht for child pornography, Nucla, 2009

Thomas Helmbrecht wants his computers back dagnabit. He probably also wants his teaching position back.

Helmbrecht plead guilty for posession of child pornography and admitted he was addicted to child pornography. Hmmmmmm, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out he needs to be locked up, right? Nope. He got six years probation. A lousey six years and he wants his computers.:doh:

Here the problem presents itself. A bunch of people in court are fighting over how to erase the lewd material off his electronics. Both the Prosecutor and Defense have until January to present their cases/methods/whatever. This is definately a "areyoukiddinme" case alrightie.
