I believe she has been in a shelter in CO Springs. So I think it would be El Paso County. Her FB has been silent. Don't know if she doesn't have minutes or has wisely taken a low profile.

It would have only taken $50 and he would be out so it is possible. However, can they release if there are 5 out of state warrants and an out of county warrant? Seems foolhardy imo.

With so many folks (including youth, women, seniors, really the general public whom LE has been charged with protecting) using (or wanting to use) the bike trails in that area, this strikes me as very odd. What say you?
