RE: the "most substantive" tip that came in "about a month ago". My interpretation of that is a month give or take. See Niner's post below. There was a hearing 3/1 for the Ns custody, the "JV" case. So a little over a month ago. Maybe going through this legal process and DN being held in IN, KN had a reality check and freaked that she might completely lose her children, so she spilled a little bit more info as a means of bargaining? Because Detective Smith's comments indicate that DN hasn't been truthful with LE. Maybe he gave an alibi that doesn't hold up? I have not given up that DN is involved, and KN may know more than she's letting on. IMO and MOO

and I just looked up his docket in Colorado - a "new" date on 2/20. Have no idea "what" this one is about. Anyone know what the DR is in case #? I know that the March 1 is re children.

So based on Smith's comments and him not being excluded, I agree with you both. I'm still following the IN charges which will tie DN up for some time. I am surprised at the "multiple" comment. Unless they are also keeping in mind the Northern Co killer recently arrested?

Just a reminder that DN is due for a final pre-trial hearing tomorrow (18th April at 08.30am ) in Johnson County, Indiana. It will be interesting to see if there is any press in attendance.

Level 6 Felony: It carries a penalty upon conviction of a fixed term between six (6) months and two and one half (2 1/2) years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.00. Cash bail of $200 & Surety of $1000. 9-24-19-2/MA: Driving While Suspended requires a knowing violation and a prior conviction of Sec. 1, 35-48-4-8.3(b)(1)/MC: Possession of Paraphernalia; 35-48-4-11(a)(1)/MB:
Possession of Marijuana. Warrant issued-$1K cash only Jury trial on May 22nd.
Plus in Indiana these are 2 separate cases & 1 transferred to Johnson County:
*Marion County: Warrant/Writ issued 5/25/17 (failed to appear) (11/17/16): Drug possession, paraphernalia, and driving without a license. Pending (active).
*Bartholomew Superior Court: 7/14/15: Public Indecency-Fondle The Genitals Of The Def. Or Another Person In A Public Place; Warrant issued (6/5/17), bond set at $5000 or 10% cash. Pending (active).
*Bartholomew Co. (Greenwood City Court) Warrant/Writ issued 6/5/2017 & 10/18/17: Driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrant issued-$1,000.00 CASH ONLY. Case was transferred to Johnson County on 2/12/18.

I find it so coincidental that DN was in the same exact area this poor man was killed driving by to where it caught someone's attention. DN must have bad karma following him or as I believe he is the one who committed this crime. I also feel that he either got rid of the gun by throwing it possible in a lake? Or his wife helped him get rid of evidence. Just my own personal thoughts..

Shortly after 17th April and 20th March I think there were court dates.
