Did you try Teller County? He has a hearing there on 7/11

I called Teller County Jail and neither officer I spoke with have any idea where he is.
Since Indy released him, is it his responsibility to get to the 7.11.18 hearing on his own?

No...LE isn’t going to drive him to Colorado to release him out of a random jail.

He will turn up in El Paso at some point today ImO

I would agree 100% except that they only left two more hours. An overnight stay for two LEO’s and 20 more hours of overtime seems insane at that point, so I leaned more towards some type of issue.

I am reading a book by a profiler and in a list of dangerous personality traits of emotionally unstable people, car keying is considered very common.

it's something they do..
well, we all know DN is dangerous and a danger to society.

it's interesting that they say he is not of interest..yet he is languishing in jail.

seems like they are not that confident to where they want him out running around...

yeah once again looks 100% like the sketch..fattened up and boom..dead ringer.

dead ringer for the person seen at the park the day the girls were murdered. And we all know he was at he park the day Tim Watkins body was found in a shallow grave in the woods. IMO

Can't remember - but do you have a link to the info above? All I can get into is the Colorado Docket site. And just an FYI - nothing under El Paso County (yet). Just Teller County for 7/11 re kids.

think if this menace to society is allowed on the street the pubic should be informed of his whereabouts. Although..we all know he travels to commit his crimes.

typical behavior for serial killers and sexual predators.

perhaps if we can get a fully committed all clear from the law agencies involved we can then just stop giving him air space, mind space and thread space.

last night I was thinking that it's easier for the cops to rule him and just drop him because every POI they deal with is either potentially or a completely full blown anti social personality. So DN should just be another regular old loser in the system , right?

yet still somehow he is still taking up cell space. MOO

Dead ringer is right! With the extra weight in the pic there is no doubt about it! I hope he's not out!

But this case you mention on 7/11 is in Teller County & it is regarding his children.

I wonder if the FBI has watched his interviews. He lawyered up pretty much right away. But I wonder what was said prior, what questions were asked.

you know all he has to do is insist he knows nothing..if no one talks...he can ride it out.

did they get his DNA ?

I just feel like there is no compelling evidence that rules him out...this is disturbing since we have drawings, pictures and audio and none of these rules him out!

we can almost place him on the high bridge and we can for sure place him at the TW crime scene.

would be so good if someone could drop a dime on him. MOO
