I think DN will find KN if she doesn't find him first. And I wouldn't be one bit surprised is she goes back to him!
My question is.....does she have custody of the children? Iirc her mother has custody of her oldest son, who is not DN's. Does anyone know how that happened?
See, here's what I'm thinking. Neither one of these two can be a good parent. I think there is drugs involved and something sexual that's out of the norm. We know there is violence also. I don't think we even know the half of it with all of those topics. I think KN knows much more than she has offered and continues to protect DN. And she protects him because she is afraid to go to jail if she tells of her involvement. I think many many more crimes have been committed by DN than we know about and she does know and maybe even participated. I really hope she doesn't get or hasn't gotten her children back.

bloody hell, how do you do that when you are literally penniless? hitch hike? are there social services who will pay for his transport? see? this is where we go wrong, right here..
paying for him to go from folly to folly, again and again.

this is INSANITY..

this guy has had more court dates than birthdays.

I had heard the custody was an issue because of DN and his SO status. The Bio Dad was picked up for a DUI recently and if my memory serves me correctly the kid was in the car.

I think he gets some money from the VA or something for his injured leg or foot. Plus he can travel via bus or something at a discount or free. I don't know where to find it right now but I remember it being on here some time back....maybe on the A & L thread.

Vets who have been dishonorably discharged don't get the benefits or the free travel AFAIK. IIRC yes we did check it out on the A&L thread ages ago :-(

So what happened to the hearings on Wednesday? Any news on the CR (Criminal) ones out of El Paso? I looked this morning at El Paso there is nothing on the court site, just under Teller & that's re kids & divorce.

Last I heard he got probation and was released.

Vets who have been dishonorably discharged don't get the benefits or the free travel AFAIK. IIRC yes we did check it out on the A&L thread ages ago :-(

I think what he means is when DN pleaded to the charges back in Jan...and they haven't been following him since.

That's how I took it too.
I think the only thing we have to go by is the court docket saying he's released. Plus KN is scared of him being released.

Watch this space ? We won't get to know about anything at the child courts and maybe a 'gag' order is still in place. Warrants were sealed originally IIRC so I don't necessarily think we will get to know anything. JMO.

I am just wondering if he could be in a Hospital having his Mental Health evaluation...it was part of his probation order, however, he was extradited back to IN.
