ITA This text to AH on 6/27 coincides w abandonment of Pontiac. The 2.6 days really threw off my theory though since that info aside, I had always felt certain they were the best indicators of when KC disposed of remains. How can the '2.6' days be reconciled w this though? I apologize I know it's pretty OT, but wracking my poor little brain! JMO

Question.....

IF Casey dumped Caylee but kept some memento (by accident or on purpose).... clothing, toy, backpack or blanket.... something.... is it possible the memento could be the source of an INCREASING stench???


Caylee's body might not be the ONLY dump Casey had to make???

That's pretty out there.... she'd need a large enough freezer & risk someone finds Caylee before she's ready to dump her.

Forgive me ... but this is just my thought ...

KC's final dirty deed was done before she was in TonE's jeep. She disposed of Caylee (God that hurts to type) and then she disposed of her vehicle on 6/27.

KC does not like to be alone. This is the only reason why I believe that she would not go back to TonE's apartment. He was on travel and she did not want to be there by herself.

Perhaps .. her unusual behavior this evening in question was somewhere along the lines of her revisiting the spot where she dumped Caylee. We all know that this type of behavior is quite common.

Also, if she was in TonE's jeep ... and had the remains with her .. there would have been some sort of evidence of decomp. Especially after so many days since Caylee's estimated time of death. NO car wash would have covered that!

....please know this is just my humbled opinion.

I keep getting brought back to it, however - didn't she retrieve a bunch of frozen foods from her parents on one the suspect-key-dates?

Yes, I do remember that being mentioned. I guess I also keep in mind that she was allowed to be there while Tony was at school. She did cooking, cleaning, etc.

My main thought on the matter was that I feel strongly that KC does not like to be alone. She is either with friends, family or she is communicating via text, phone, etc. ..... guess that is not a viable option these days =)

Interesting, that would work.

I just think this dry-ice theory is TOO out there... I don't see her wanting to preserve the body, I think she'd want to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Plus, Casey has to be able to manage the size & weight of Caylee plus whatever container/wrapping she would use.

If anyone is savvy enough to go to the trouble to freeze a body, I doubt they'd also be stupid enough to allow the body to decompose in the trunk of their car.

ETA: This text to AH on 6/27 is just prior to abandonment of car. At 11:34 KC texts Amy, "There was definitely part of a dead animal plastered to the frame of my car." She had just left area of her house and had pinged on tower not usually pinged, located just N of airport. It's same Friday she ran out of gas. Amscot mgr. said KC's car was parked there at 7am. KC is 10 miles away at 11:30 for about 40 minutes either in car maybe (or not sure how she gets there if car was at Amscot by 7 am). At 11:45 KC texts TL (probably to let him know she ran out of gas, consistent w his statement, and she stays near TL's until ping near Fusian later that night). The '2.6 Days' really threw a wrench in earlier theory though since prior to that, like you I'd always felt certain that her text, and abandoning of car were best indicators of when KC disposed of remains. So am forced to consider other possibilities...

Don't get me wrong.... I wouldn't put ANYTHING past this creep. And I wouldn't put very much past anyone in her family either.

Wow! Great David918! Thanks for that work! Question, how would she put her in the park or even go in there with her car? It closes at dark, gates locked, no way in except on foot. If on foot, where did she park the car that was a short enough walk? These are some of the reasons I started to discount the Blanchard Park theory, then I saw the church! No gates, no locks, no problem...

I also did some research on Chloroform a while ago. Appears it is pretty short term (30 minutes to 2 hrs) for knocking someone out - unless combined with another sedative - hmmmm.

There is a back way in to BP. I can't remember the road, but it is on the back side of the park and it is not locked off at night.

I do not believe she used cooler, dry ice, chest etc. If Caylee's remains were no longer inside the car, I am thinking persistent odor must have simply been due to stain (ie spillage... cringing) a smell which worsened w time (wincing). Which unfortunately leaves us w a MUCH broader window of time in which KC could have disposed of remains. JMO

There is a YMCA there that closes at 10P on weekdays...so the park has to be open until at least 11P or so...to make sure everyone is out. It also has to open before 5A because the YMCA opens at 5A

The most likely negligence scenario IMO is the silent killer in the backyard, a pool drowning. But I too considered the possibility that KC may have backed up her car over Caylee. But there would have been evidence in their garage, or driveway, I suspect. And you KNOW FBI and OCSO crime labs have been all over that Pontiac up on a lift thoroughly examining it's undercarriage. Anyway seems unlikely there was anything found. From all reports the overpowering smell was coming from inside the trunk--and ONLY the trunk--and this was just KC's attempt to explain that away. JMO

I keep coming back to the 2.6 days.

What effect, if any, would freezing have on those tests? what about incomplete freezing, like just putting frozen food against in the body in the trunk while she tried to figure out what to do with it and keep the smell down?

Would that change the timeline at all?

sorry, just throwing stuff at the wall I know, I know.. interested in the train of thought, though, since frozen food items were mentioned multiple times?
