MOULTRIE, Ga. (WALB) — The Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is asking the public for information regarding a Moultrie man who last had contact with his family on Friday, Feb. 20.

Authorities said they believe John Lee Roberts, 45, left his home in Moultrie by choice earlier this month and possibly traveled to the Biloxi, Mississippi, area.

The family of Roberts reports last hearing from him on Friday, Feb. 20.

On Monday, Feb. 23, someone found his wallet in Biloxi and reportedly turned it in to police there.

Anyone who has information is encouraged to contact the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office at (229) 616-7430. Anyone who spots Roberts is encouraged to call their local law enforcement agency.
