Tan T-shirt with the words "Beach Olympics 1990" on it, green sweat pants and a bright orange jacket. A pair of Richland County Detention Center shorts and an Auto Zone baseball cap were also found with the remains. Two leather shoes.

On October 26, 1998, human remains were found in a wooded area near Elmwood Cemetery off Elmwood Avenue in Columbia, SC.

The Richland County Detention Center shorts suggest that this person was probably a prisoner at some point and is local at the region. The shirt with the 90' olympics means he couldn't have died too long ago. If anyone is interested and wants to find him i'd suggest trying to see if you can find prisoners released from that detention center around 89'-90. That might help find out Doe.
