Conditional Pardons for the WM3????

  • #21
IIRC, the only information obtained back in '94 was a blood type which can only exclude a donor, not definitively identify a donor. That's why the extra testing is needed. I hope the necklace wasn't lost, too. However, if it was, what else is new? It's not the first piece of evidence in this case to go mysteriously missing.

I was looking for a link but can't find one about the necklace that had blood (in it?). I remember reading that it was some kind of a blood brother necklace that Damien was wearing. I think it is acknowledged by both Damien and Jason that the blood was Jason's. Does anyone else remember this?

I would be happy if they got out, but like so many I want JUSTICE!! A new and fair trial could provide that. They need to be exonerate and cleared. Damien has been offered lighter sentencing then death row before if he plead guilty and has refused.

I know that the necklace belong to Damien, but Jason was known to wear it
