A second shooter? Was he the one who was taken out in handcuffs who called to some parents and said he's not the one?

If this is a dad shooting the children, it's unusual to have a second shooter . . .

From what has been reported so far, 2 shooters, one dead in a classroom, unclear if killed by police or killed self and 2nd shooter as at large until moments ago

I think that was the classroom of kids who held hands and ran half mile to the fire station, at the direction of some adult authority. I think those kids are accounted for . . .
