Adam and Ryan are brothers. They look somewhat alike. Shocking, I know.
:floorlaugh:

many truthers already gave up on the idea of Adam and Ryan being the same person...

but now they are starting to ask ... lol .. "Who is brother Jamie Lanza?" :floorlaugh:

plus at one site they are now saying "what's with the scars on Lanza's brothers lower lip?" :floorlaugh:

In those 2 large pics that i posted the links (to them) on previous page .. - you can see scar under the lower lip (at least on the pic of Ryan)...

so truthers are asking now (maybe jokingly, lol) ... "what's with the scars under Lanza brothers lower lip?" .. "How exactly did they get those?" .. "Who was beating Lanza brothers under the lower lip?" .. etc :floorlaugh:

EXCLUSIVE: Newtown massacre: ATF records show Nancy Lanza gun purchases

Nancy Lanza purchased weapons used in massacre

Apr 11, 2013

When Nancy Lanza bought the Bushmaster rifle used by her son in the Newtown massacre and a SIG Sauer pistol found on him at the scene, she claimed she was buying the guns for herself, ATF records obtained by The Journal News show.

It’s unclear how the guns bought at Riverview Gun Sales in East Windsor, Conn., ended up in the hands of her son 20-year-old Adam Lanza, who used the Bushmaster to kill 26 people in less than five minutes at Sandy Hook Elementary on Dec. 14.

The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided the gun store days after the massacre in a probe the store owner’s lawyer, Robert Altchiler, said was unrelated to the crime. ATF also revoked the federal firearms license of the store’s owner, David LaGuercia, on Dec. 20 but has not said why.

Lanza’s Gun Shop Had Hundreds of Violations

By Joe Coscarelli

The gun-store source of the AR-15 assault rifle and a handgun used in the Newtown killings finally lost its license, but only after "over 500 violations" stemming from inspections in 2007, 2009, and 2011, according to newly released ATF documents. Among the screw-ups: selling to a felon; leaving background checks until the next day; and not doing checks at all. The ATF said it revoked just one percent of gun-selling licenses last year.

'If We Can Save Just One Child...'

By James V Capua

Lanza was fond of military-themed video games and aspired to don the uniform of a U.S. Marine, following the example of a beloved uncle -- an ambition barred to him by his by then-significant mental and behavioral problems. Mrs. Lanza apparently did allow her son access to firearms, perhaps in an effort to provide the troubled loner with some form of individual activity in which he could excel and thus build some sense of self-worth. In a boy less disturbed, her efforts might have done some good, and the Marines have helped more than a few troubled young men to turn their lives around. But Adam Lanza was already too far gone. His ambition to be a Marine thwarted, "the family friend ... believes Adam snapped after being told he would never get a chance to put on a uniform."

Media reports, including the New York Daily News piece cited, have made much of Lanza's mother's allowing him access to firearms, and of the few bricks of ammo, the two rifles, and a couple of edged weapons in the Lanza house: "His gun-loving mother quietly amassed a near-apocalyptic arsenal of lethal weapons -- and frequently took her son to local gun ranges." But the instruments of Lanza's rage were not its source.

By the time Adam Lanza was ten years old, Connecticut schools were required by law to have an anti-bullying policy in place. This requirement was strengthened in 2008 and again in 2011. None of these laws helped protect Adam Lanza, nor did they keep him from growing up into an angry young man known to us only for a final horrific act at the scene of his own torment. Teacher trainers, consultants, anti-bullying policy coordinators, and such benefited from the legislation, but Lanza did not.

Is there any doc dumps due?

Any chance we can start a thread specifically for Media Updates with the news articles that Darkman is kind enough to share with us?

I can not tell you how thankful I am for Darkman's dedication to providing us with the latest reporting, but I feel like we're drowning in articles which are severely limiting discussion. If we have a dedicated media reports thread we could engage in thoughtful discussion in a more focused manner.

Why don't you talk .. lol .. don't be shy :)

I think it's best to have it all in one thread ..

I can put "breaks on it" .. if you wish ... with pleasure, lol

Talk .. discuss :)

Because the endless news stories you post make posts quite easy to miss. I'm gonna go ahead and reach out to a moderator and let them decide.

I'm glad for Darkman's updates. Right now I really don't have much to add to what has already been said about the murders and the killer, I don't think the updates are stopping conversation. Not much new to talk about IMO.

Agreed. Please don't take Darkman's updates away.

If something of great note breaks, I am sure we will discuss it.

I'd like to bring something to the discussion table!

Do you think we'll get any more doc dumps?

  • #738
It took more than five hundred violations before that gun shop was shut down? Wtf?

If we do, it won't happen until the Final Report comes out in "June (or end of June) at the earliest".

MOO, of course... :)

Newtown killer Adam Lanza’s mother considered suing Sandy Hook Elementary School after teachers turned a blind eye to beatings from his classmates, a family member claims.

The relative, speaking to the Daily News, claimed that mass murderer Lanza was taunted and attacked by fellow students at his childhood alma mater.

“Nancy felt fiercely protective of him,” the relative said. “She was convinced the school wasn’t doing enough to protect Adam. It made her irate.”

Nancy Lanza — gunned down by her 20-year-son to start his Dec. 14 rampage — even tagged along with Adam to school in an effort to catch his classmates in the act of assaulting him.

“Adam would come home with bruises all over his body,” the relative said. “His mom would ask him what was wrong, and he wouldn’t say anything. He would just sit there.
