GUILTY Conrad Murray Case - After The Trial & Verdict

This is probably the headboard that was in the guest room.

Fine antique furniture includes an elaborately carved and gilded Louis XV headboard (est. $3,000 - $4,000);

Did you see the photo of the bedroom today?
(it's from the article about contents being sold, I linked above)

It looks much bigger..... and tidier!!!

The article said that the room MJ died in was called a meditation room. The chairs still had MJs makeup on it and in the bedroom next door there was a table with MJs make up underneath. Didn't the family take any personal items when they were there?

The owners and auction house aren't supposed to use MJs name in the promotion of the sell but somehow it was leaked to the media because the report I heard said Michael Jackson's furniture and house, making it sound personal. Isn't that amazing how that happens with media?

Hi, MsBash :seeya:-- Just want to say Bravo for your victory and I wish much strength for you to keep it that way.

No wonder you are so tender-hearted about MJ -- you, too, have been in that dark pit where there seems to be no rescue, no exit and no help -- but you crawled out and are away from it. But we all know IT is still there, and any one of us can fall in and get lost. Just keep on your one-day-at-a-time path. Today is all we can handle, and it's all we're given. As in, "Give us today our daily bread." Today. That's all we need ask -- just for today.

Stand proud, Girrrrrrllll!! Look where you are.
icon14.gif
You are standing! And you have given us a bit of yourself, and at some price. But you can tell, we enjoy and look forward to your pieces of wisdom and wit. And you know if you need us, just put out an AWSB, and we'll come tumbling down to lift you up or slow you down or just to laff with you.

What channel is his interview supposed to be on tonight?

This is the only thing I could find, so far:

"The Jackson family say the interview, airing on NBC's Today, gives Murray "a platform to shift the blame".

The interview, being shown in two parts on Thursday and Friday morning, forms
part of the documentary Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship.

The makers of the programme, due to be shown in the US on NBC's sister station MSNBC on Friday
and on Channel 4 in the UK - some time next week - began working with Murray in November 2009.

He continued to be filmed while the trial was taking place."

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-15675235

OT: While surfing the channels, I did see that there is a Casey Anthony story on E! -- The E! Hollywood Story.

It says "A woman tried for murdering her child."

I wondered who it was & why there was no mention of it. I just figured it was a celebrity,
so I waited till it began to see just who it is... LOL. No wonder they didn't say.

I guess they figured most people would just keep surfing if they said it was CA.

CONRAD MURRAY DOCUMENTARY - Lawsuit to Block Payment to Doc

"A cardiology equipment company has filed a lawsuit against MSNBC and others, claiming the network should pay
off a debt Dr. Conrad Murray owes them before the doctor gets a red cent for his participation in the documentary.

Digirad Imaging Solutions is a California company that obtained a $147,075 judgment against Murray because he didn't pay his bills."

Thanxs to all for the kind words and support. I usually stay pretty quite about my troubles, interestingly enough talking about them cause's alot of panic attacks and can bring down a episode of epic porportion on my head. That is why I refer to it as a very isolating condition.

:banghead:
LIstening to this makes me angry well angrier. I guess he can babble about this and that all he wants to. But quite simply MJ was addicted to SLEEP and or not sleeping. MJ needed a specialist not heart doctor. Plain and simple DrM was paid to give MJ this drug, he can sugar coat in anyway he wants too. As bizzare as that all sounds a person deprived of simple sleep for long periods of time does not think like other people he needed help and did not get it from DrM from anyone really and because of that he is dead. Ohhhh Bash is angry exlpoding in 5...4......3......:furious:

Sleep deprivation is a cheap & fairly quick way to break down someone. It is one of the main methods used in "coercion" by bullies, black ops, other forces, etc., etc., to get information, confessions, power, etc., etc.

They first deprive the subject of sleep for a day or two, then they let the subject just get into a good sleep, and wake him up and do the same thing again -- staying awake, more half-sleep, then waking and questioning. It works. Then the subject is in a very bad state. "Coercion" is also known as torture. So, very quickly one can become a different person after such treatment.

Certainly, this was not done to MJ, but lack of sleep is a frightening thing and being able to sleep at will is normally beyond one's control ..... unless one has a doctor with propofol, for instance. In a world of blind men, the one-eyed man is King.

Oh heck, I will probably watch the stupid interview too. I don't know why because it will just make me angry all over again. When I listen to any of these things Murray's voice makes me want to slap something.

I can't figure out if he really believes the things he says or whether he is such a bser that he believes he can make the people listening believe what he says. That was a little convoluted!

In a couple of the blurbs I have heard the interviewers try to ask the hard questions and Murray keeps going around in circles like he did during the LE interview. I don't think anyone will get any pertinent information out of this guy unless they shake him up or hold him upside down.

But I will probably sit and try to listen, just in case something comes out that might justify what he did to his patient. I don't care how many times Murray calls MJ his friend, MJ was Murray's patient.

I would like to think that I would not abandon my friends like Murray did to MJ. But then I would NOT be giving any of my friends medication that would kill them, I would send them to a doctor. That doctor/friend relationship deal that Murray uses to try and justify what he did is the biggest bullcrap of this situation. Even in the small community I live in there is a big disconnect between doctors/patients and friends even in social situations.

Wow this turned into a Murray vent. I am still angry that Murray made money off of these interviews. It just is not right.

BBM
......A buck says a little sleep deprivation would get the truth out of him.

Of course, now that he is in the county jailhouse, sleep may not be the easiest thing for him. Heh, heh, heh. One eye open, Con-vict??:furious:

Maybe it is just me, but also watching that interview I did not think Guthrie's questions were strong enough and she failed to follow up on a couple of them. I would love to interview him. The more he talks; the more he lies,

Anyway all self-serving and still believe he wanted to get his "story" out; should have done so on the stand and subjected to cross by Walgren.

Savannah was way too nice and the questions were not tough enough.

True, true, and true! But I did notice this, ummmm, it's hard to put in a word -- this seethe, this resentment, at times in his eyes, like, "You don't have any right to ask that question" or "You are not worthy of my time" or just plain aloofness, disdain, and condescension... Ooooohhh, makes me wanna holler. That rat, that murderer...:furious: :maddening:

I am so offended that killers are now given a platform to tell even more lies.

FGS! What in the hell has happened to our society.

I have watched snippets of the interview and it makes me want to hurl.

No wonder this man did not take the stand in his behalf.

He said it was working perfectly well for three days without the propofol and in the next breath he says MJ was telling him propofol was the only thing that worked.:innocent: So which is it? It worked and he got great sleep or you were actually giving him propopfol the entire three days just like the months before and that is why MJ tells you it is the only thing that works? Because it makes no sense what you say, Murray.

Los Angeles -- Michael Jackson's last words were a plea for more propofol, "because that was the only thing" that would put him to sleep, Dr. Conrad Murray said in an interview aired on NBC's "Today" show Thursday.

Contradiction after contradiction.

If MJ was just sleeping:innocent: not under the influence of propofol any longer then why were YOU still even there, Murray?

I wonder if he is even aware what a bad liar he is? Most narcissist don't, they actually believe people will believe them.

Deception?:furious: Oh Doc Murray knows all too well how to be deceptive. :furious:

MJ is a perfect target. Only one man was left standing to tell what happen and when only one side of the story is told the truth is NEVER revealed!

IMO

And just think of the dress rehearsal he had with the retired, fixed-income folks at Acres. Best friends. Didn't have to pay. Lo-o-o-o-ong appointments -- he took his time [and the gov't's $$]. Saved my husband's life. Saved my life. Saw a problem in my legs that no other doctor saw [

]. Honing his craft for the Hollywood set, the fame and the fortune. Yellow brick road, here I come! :furious: Grrrrrrrrrr.

Well, at least now he's doing a bit of the Jailhouse Rock, folks!!:behindbar:behindbar:behindbar

Sing it, Con-vict:

Breakin' rocks in the hot sun
I fought the law and the law won
I fought the law and the law won

I needed money 'cause I had none
I fought the law and the law won
I fought the law and the law won

I left my baby and it feels so bad
Guess my race is run
She's the best girl that I ever had
I fought the law and the law won
I fought the law and the law won

Interesting article about CM's documentary/interviews and the defense team's involvement/knowledge (or lack thereof according to them "wink wink")

http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/news/la-et-1110-murray-doc-20111110,0,879493.story

In the final days of his manslaughter trial, Murray sat for wide-ranging interviews about Jackson's death with NBC and a British outlet as part of the documentary package those networks purchased. Murray's criminal attorneys said they were never told of the interviews, given despite their warnings about "the dangers of talking about June 25th" — the day the singer died

"They just didn't tell me because they know I'd freak out," said lead defense attorney Ed Chernoff, who said he learned of the interviews the morning after the verdict when portions aired on NBC.

It's on MSNBC - it has two separate time slots, each is titled,"Michael Jackson and the Doctor." The 1st one is 10:00 -- 11:00pm EST, and the second is 11:00 -- 12:00midnight. No idea if the second is a repeat or a second installment.

Be sure to pop some popcorn, and it would be a good idea also to pop a couple of Valium, wear hip-waders, bring a puke-bucket, and towel to chew on when you wanna scream & shout. :furious:

It's a start!!!! Hit him where it hurts. He's getting free room & board now anyway -- he doesn't need the money. :maddening:

I watched the interview this morning. Let me just say Murray makes me sick. He doesn't feel any guilt? Typical sociopath or psychopath. :banghead::banghead::furious: No remorse...I hope the judge gives him the max, anything less would be another crime.

O/T: I made it through my surgery OK. Just sore. My anesthesiologist was a riot. Had a Conrad Murray joke for everything. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh: I will share some with y'all after I calm down from the interview.

Good morning :)

He is arrogant and a pompous a**.

What I found most telling in the 2nd part of that interview this morning is that he did not dispute Alvarez saying he cleaned up and his statement at the very end after being asked about calling 911 and MJ may have been alive; his exact words: "who knows by the time I discovered him; he had not died?".

So which is it - was he dead or did he feel a pulse as per his original statement to LE?

Tezi, I agree with you - he makes me sick and he still will not admit giving propofol in the home without monitoring is wrong. :puke:

Well, keep it up Dr. Murray. This alone will keep you from keeping or ever getting your medical license back. :rocker:

Well they knew about the documentary but guess it is possible that they were not aware of the sit down with Savannah.

Personally I have no doubt that Zodiac Rights paid Murray and they are not talking. They also more than likely gave him an advance.
I would even venture to guess he has this money in an off shore account.

As per the article:

When pressed about why the deeply indebted physician — who initially demanded $5 million a year to work for Jackson — would have granted camera crews access for only $1, a publicist for October Films replied, "You have to look at Zodiak. You would need to talk to Zodiak Rights about the international rights."

AND ....

Camera crews began trailing Murray to church, his charity clinic in Houston and meetings with his lawyers. Chernoff said he sought advice from the California State Bar before agreeing to be filmed. The doctor began providing him money, he said, but he never asked about the source.

I doubt they will ever see that money. CM has whatever money he was paid on that documentary in an off shore account or perhaps even under his mom's name in Trinidad. JMO
