Conrad Murray trial -Day eleven.

I really think the highlight of his testimony was about using a drip. Murray mentioned it three times in his interview.

And really why would he just give MJ 25 mg which would only put him under for 4 minutes. I think he initially gave him that to get him under and then set up the drip.

I imagine that was in the black bag that was never found.

IMO

For me the highlight of this witness's testimony was when defense looked at him and asked, do you really believe that Dr. Murray was only gone for 2 minutes. The look on the witness's face was disbelief combined with horror. And then witness said, " I can only go on what Dr. Murray said in this interview, Dr. Murray's own words.

That right there is just perfect. Defense suggesting that their client lied about being gone from the room for only 2 minutes.

Then later on witness has to point out to defense how many times Murray states he started the propofol iv without missing a beat finding the correct pages and reading them aloud in court. Just perfect.

OMG...
Flanagan is getter deeper and deeper in ***** by showing his stupidity with his idiotic questions.

I think he needs to ask the judge to be excused so he can also go jump off a cliff!!!

I sure hope there's someone in the medical field on the Jury!!!

I really hope so, too, BUT -- I have all confidence that CM would have demanded that his attys NOT have any type of health care professionals on that jury ....for good reason, don't you think?

PS - I agree about the cliff thing.

No link for proof, but IMHO, he WAS board certified, and then he wasn't. I recall a discussion somewhere where there was a bunch of posts about why he was no longer certified.

Whew! Re-direct!

It was in a biography someone linked in another day's thread. Something about Murray let his cardiology certification drop in 2005 or 2006, he just did not renew it, if I recall correctly. I don't know if that had anything to do with his general doctors license though. Too bad the prosecution has not brought this up yet, what Murrays credentials are.

Steinberg is DEVASTATING to any defense. He's an excellent witness. Murray is sunk.

MJ was in some trouble physically from CM giving MJ the meds prior to the day he died.

Some of the people with whom he rehearsed said that MJ was not acting right & suggested to CM that MJ needed a drug test.

Next witness is Nadar Cardengar(sp), I missed him spelling it.

  • #173
Dr. Nader K. (did't catch how to spell it) is up now. He is a pulimonary critical care/sleep doctor.

  • #174
Another Dr., Pulminary, critical care. Employed at UCLa medical center.

  • #175
Impressive education and work history.

  • #176
Maybe MJ should have tried to hire this guy a sleep doctor.

  • #177
In case anyone is drooling over this Doc, too... he also has a wedding ring.

  • #178
He is quadruple board certified in all his specialties.

  • #179
My goodness, he is certified with 4 different specialties and also does reviews for the California Medical Board. Did I hear him say he also did a review for the board on Dr. Murray?

  • #180
He reviewed Murray for the certification board too on standard of care MJ received from Murray.
