Conrad Murray trial -Day six.

I'm pretty sure it was April 2009 as the contract start date. It was prorated back to that time. Now I am going to have to go back and watch that part again with the contract lady.

BBM Hi, Thundar,

I hope you can help with this technical question, and I may not be the only one who needs an answer.

You mentioned "go back and watch...again," and I assume you meant prior Murray trial testimony.

Are prior trial days kept & made available for the public to watch? (I know they usually are in most trials, but I simply have not been able to find any daily broadcasts so that I can watch the first day of this trial.)

Please give me a link, if you or anyone know(s) of one and as time allows. I would very much appreciate. TIA.

Ok, if Dr.Murray was asking about cream in Nov 2008, he was treating MJ much longer than beginning April 2009. IMO

ETA - Benoquin cream for treating Vitiligo (Dr.Murray told Lopez he had a client base that suffered from skin condition that could use this cream)

Has anyone mentioned his Lupus? I had to step out and missed some tesitmony

  • #104
Murray told Lopez he had several clinics and that he would possibly use the cream over seas on patients.

ETA: Is that even legal to do that?

I guess that cream is ok. Thats what lopez said. moo

Mr. Lopez found a supplier for the cream which had to be special ordered and paid for in advance.

Standard strength of Benoquin cream is 20%; Mr. Lopez initially sold Dr M 40 tubes - each tube contained 30 grams.

Dr. Murray asked Mr L to keep supplying him the cream.

CM said he would pick up the cream and pay for the order with a company cheque.

Told Lopez he was doing a clinical trial on one of his patients who is African American.

Subsequent orders were prearranged and were to be delivered by courier service, (Fed Ex) to Dr. Murray’s office for his convenience.

Credit card payments were arranged at that time for all further orders from Dr. Murray.

Didnt this guy think it was odd that is all he wanted to order despite having 2 offices?

CM contacted Mr. Lopez to supply him with propofol and saline bags. CM provided specific information regarding the strength and size of propofol he required.

Mr. Lopez obtained and provided the information on propofol to CM and in April 6 2009 Dr. Murray placed an order with Mr. Lopez personally on the phone.

Doesnt this guy make the cream himself? My friend works at a pharmacy that does that!

I guess it depends if the cream is a compound or if it is a name brand marketed drug.

Maybe..

Why are they not showing the invoice totals? The jury gets to see the whole paper right?

Yes, it's the entire invoice. They just zoom in on portions of it at a time on the screen so that the witness can see and testify to particulars on it.

Our local pharmacy did it for my husband on orders from the hospice doctor.
I think it is more common than people know.

For that last trial that HLN/CNN covered wall to wall they had a place online with all the videos. I can't seem to find the same format but I did find this with 77 videos from the trial.

never mind that didn't work

a blog from hln with videos from the trial

Mr. Lopez explained the details contained on the invoice dated April 6 2009.

Sent two sizes of propofol, 1st order larger than second order. 10 viles in first order and second order contained 25 viles of propofol.= 35 in total sent to Dr. Murray.

CM reordered first item, propofol, plus benaquin cream, tubes, normal saline, 9 IV bags at 1000 ml.

Total price for 2 shipments of propofol $195.00, Benoquin cream $1200, and saline bags cost $18.00

Fed Ex charge of $38 for overnight delivery. The initial delivery was sent to CM’s medical office where CM removed several bottles of propofol and requested the remainder of the shipment be sent to his medical office in Santa Monica.
