Dr. White keeps trying to bring oral propofol into the discussion, acting as if other experts in the case brought it up as a possibility.

Turns out Flanagan suggested oral propofol to Dr. White before White wrote his "preliminary thoughts" in a letter on the case.

The only two theories that Dr. White mentioned in the letter both place all of the blame on MJ. Dr. White has not formulated any theory whatsoever that Conrad Murray is at fault.

He sure did because DT has been floating the Propofol on the rocks or Propofol and OJ madness for 2 years now.
That worked out real well for them. :floorlaugh:

Before he said he did not accept all of CM statements as truth; now he does. He is flip-flopping big time

This makes me wonder about perjury. Dr. White specifically said once that he didn't assume all of CM's testimony was true, then specifically said later that he *did* assume it was all true.

Also said Shafer was paid for his testimony. He was NOT. He specifically stated he did it probono and offered it because of the bad name it gave propofol and anesthesiologists.

I prefer to listen to InSessions. At least Beth K has her facts correct.

Interesting on side bar -- Jean C. is saying discussed that prior to his testimony it was agreed that White would not talk about CM's self-serving statements he made outside of LE statement and supposedly defense admonished him.

Mike Brooks is saying he lacks credibility especially when he said Dr. Murray may have overlooked propofol to the EMTs and ER.

My God -- Dr. White provided the prosecution with a PRINT OUT of the actual programming code used for his pharmacokinetic modeling. He never actually provided the software used, which Dr. Shafer did do the DT.
