Conrad Murray Trial - Day Twenty

Or Dr. White watched the cross of Dr. Waldman and is not ready to play fall guy for CM.

I'm seeing a trend here. Flanagan is trying to discredit Dr. Shafer simulations and Dr. White is not playing his game. Interesting.

Still doesn't make sense that MJ took that many pills at 7AM even if possible. He would have been knocked out for hours as Dr. White previously testified so how was he begging for propofol and administered it at 10:40?

Dr. White has someone else do a simulation of Lorazepam and the doses to have to have been given in order to have the AR tox levels.

I don't see how this helps the defense. It shows the two doses that CM says he gave then assumes pills being taken at 7am.

Hasn't it already been established that the gastric content testing does not support pills being taken?

Mr. Lorazapam. Sheesh. If it weren't so serious, I would wonder who hired Flanagan and why.

Good point. Those pesky details again.

I thought so!!!

Dr White just keeps on giving more and more ammunition for Walgren to use!!!

We are not going to get real answers until cross. He is just answering Flanagan's questions right now which obviously are not going to put CM in a bad light.

Dr. White just said that he believes MJ had water and juice at his bedside so it is possible that those pills could have already moved out of his stomach.

I thought there was no juice in the gastric content?

Flanagan: We don't know what time pills were taken, correct?
Dr. White: No, we don't.

Me: Actually, we don't know any pills were taken at all.

:bigfight:

:slapfight:

thats all I got here just wow WTF

and now back to our regularly schedualed useless infomercial

I don't recall the lab results stating what the liquid what in his stomach. Just that they came up with 1/43 of a lorazepam pill or 1/133rd (if you use DT results)

Murray however claims he gave him a saline drip because he was dehydrated. He also claims he was IN the room with MJ prior to the administration of the propofol. Again he would have been knocked out if he took those pills; how did he beg for propofol? This testimony is conflicting

So he got up with the IV dragged it into HIS bedroom and Murray was unaware? This is such BS IMO

These pill speculations and the time taken are going to bite the DT in the butt. How did MJ take all these pills without CM seeing him do it if CM was in the room the entire time except for those 2 minutes right before he found him not breathing?

Conscious sedation = listening to this direct examination.

LOL! I was just thinking that if MJ (RIP) had hired Dr. White and Flanagan to just talk him to sleep, he'd be alive today. No disrespect intended by this comment, but this stuff is mind numbing.

I have a stupid question: what time was rehearsal that day? I thought it was in the early afternoon. Why would MJ, who needed to be alert at rehearsal, take all these drugs so close to noon?

The only way this makes any sense is if the DT concedes Murray lied about this to the cops. And there is that pesky jury instruction about disregarding everything a "witness" says if you find part of what he said not to be truthful. It seems to be a very slippery slope.

Don't have an exact time, but I think someone testified MJ arrived to rehearsal late (7-8 pm). That's why he didn't get home until after midnight.
