I am going to miss Walgren ;)

This judge did a good job, too. Just saying. jmo

Indeed, he did. And so did the Heart Throb, David Walgren! Ooooh, asking to have CM remanded into custody!

CM surrounded by lots o deputies. Now conferring about sentencing date -- Chernoff is in a foul mood...obviously.

That, plus, he has to ask Flannagan how they do these things in CA.

  • #584
who just yelped in the court room? Did you all hear that?

Yeah, and did you see a deputy step in that direction? And then silence. Whew. He meant biznezz.

Hmmm. Sentencing will not be today.

Walgren asks for remand for Murray.

You know it didn't really matter who was sitting in that defendants chair today. MJ was a drug addict. He was a drug addict long before Conrad Murray came into the picture. MJ has always been able to buy his way in and out of situations. This time he was in over his head. Everyone that worked for MJ was guilty of trying to please the King of Pop. MJ made sure he paid everyone well to satisfy his whims. Too bad this whim killed him and ruined the Life of a doctor who got caught up in something way over his head too!

The prosecutor is asking for Murray to be remanded.

Wow...the Judge seems pi$$ed!

Wow, the talking heads on msnbc are furious. They're mad at the crowd for cheering at the verdict and they're calling the whole thing a circus and acting like Murray was only prosecuted because people want to watch a "blood sport." Only one guy has pointed out that a unanimous jury decided that Murray caused Michael Jackson's death. Odd. It's like they don't even consider that getting justice for a wrong is a good thing.

  • #593
Well the judge is really confusing me. I can't tell how he is going to remand. Sounds like he is but I dunno.

  • #594
yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssss bammm jabb jabbbbb bottoms uppppp CONRAD

  • #595
CM has to have time to put his "affairs" in order. :floorlaugh:

Wow! I'm surprised that Judge Pastor is going to remand him without bail. The public has to be protected. He's guilty of homicide based on criminal negligence. He's not sure that Dr. Murray would not be a flight risk because he is now a convicted felon and has ties outside the state.

In all honesty, I don't think CM will do any time. First time felon, Los Angeles - nahhh....he'll be out in a week...month max. He may also have the luxury of wearing a ankle monitor.

Asking to be remanded with no bail pending sentencing.

Good Lord - the judge is gonna send him to jail. I wasn't expecting that!

MOO

Wow remanded.

Go to Jail do not collect $150,000.

  • #599
Well, now I think we just got a feel for how the judge feels about CM. He does not at all have a good opinion of CM, IMO
