Contempt of Court :Revealing Sealed Docs

I'm trying to understand this twist here...

So Terri is having an affair with Michael Cook that became sexual AFTER Kaine moved out of the house?

Then MC comes over & takes pictures of the document that is supposed to be sealed. Why? So he can then go to his childhood friend, Kaine Horman, and share the pictures and get Terri busted?

Why would Michael go tell anyone that he's seen the supposed-to-be-sealed document? Why would he have taken pictures?

How did Kaine learn of this information? Did Michael tell him directly? Or did LE? If it was LE who told Kaine, how did LE learn about this situation of MC being shown the document & getting cell phone pictures of it?

I admit, it's late & I'm coming in late to this conversation, but if someone could help me to understand what I am missing ~ ie: make some sense of this for me ~ I'd be grateful. Because right now, it seems like Michael Cook slept with Terri in order to get close to her so that he could get some information to then use against her.

I wonder if the "at least two people" MC shared the RO with were KH and DY or TY. Of course, if MC was working together with them, he wouldn't need to google KH's address. But maybe he did that at TH's request to go along with her when she wanted to know the location right away, as soon as she showed him the RO. Maybe that explains why he googled right from his phone rather than from a pc or laptop. I can totally see that happening.

I also thought of this snippet from June 30:

To me, it suggests that MC had spoken with KH after he had moved out. It struck me odd when I first read it that MC wouldn't comment on how KH was doing. And, also, June 30 (the date of the article) is the same date as the sexting allegedly began.

Also, MC admits to texting and sexting and photographing the RO, but he specifically denies having had sex with TH. I hope none of the "boys on the board" take offense, but if she's sexting him, he could have gotten a little sumpin', sumpin' if he wanted to -- and how many men do we know that would go as far as sexting but no further?

I should have added that to my list. That makes no sense unless there's more to that story. The article says TH "let him" take the pic. Maybe he told her he wanted to have the addy handy on his phone to drive by KH's house, or to show to someone else who might "help" TH. And either TH didn't want to part with the paperwork, or MC didn't want to carry around a sealed document, and it was easier to take a pic than jot it down on piece of paper the old school way?

Oh my gosh,you had to be reading my mind in all I was thinking last night,we must be twins.LOL How did Kaine find out,how did LE find out?What made them just all of a sudden want to look at MC and Terri's cellphones?It had to be one of the two people he shared the info with,or someone overheard their conversations,maybe even are keeping tabs on her cellphone activity.

Or...at the risk of MC's reputation for a time period,he's helped LE in finding Kyron.Which I kind of don't see,but you never know.

OK, after reviewing OJIN, this is what I think happened. The hearing for the original RO was already scheduled for 7/22. Then they added on the ouster to that hearing with an additional motion, so they were then both on the docket to be heard in tandem. So the answer is that the visitation issue and the housing issue were both scheduled to be heard at the same time.

Ah,good point,the residence or home phone could be bugged and they heard enough to investigate and want to see cellphones.

If MC's not working with LE,then I think he's wanting his five minutes on the news,because he's been right up there in the limelight since the beginning.And if he's not working with them,I don't believe for a second he didn't know her before this happened.

There's still the matter of the selling of bracelets,who was in charge of donations and follow that money trail,because there's just some things that aren't feeling right,at this point.

Interesting. When did she request the hearing on the RO? I'm surprised we didn't see any of THAT paperwork when the msm has been all over the other pleadings. Or maybe I missed it. Although it's not bloody likely considering how way too much time I've been spending on this lol

i wanna start taking bets as to when her lawyer will dump her....

my lil bro is in some trouble with the law. he's a 25 year old human acting like he is 13 (and has been for awhile now). His lawyer was strict about what he may or may not do, how to act while they were waiting for his court date. The lawyer told my little brother....you mess up these rules I've given you...I'm out. No questions asked. She almost quit when he showed up to court looking like a wanna be gangster. Im surprised she didn't.

So...what I'm trying to say...it how much is this lawyer or TH's going to put up with?

There are several issues with the document filed today and this is the basis for the contempt of court.
Let's try and discuss the fact that Terri revealed the docs to Mike Cook here and the potential ramifications.
I wonder who Mike shared the information with? Certainly he knewthis was highly sensitive information.

I dont' know who Mike Cook might have shared the info with but this link says she pointed out specific parts of the document to people. Maybe they'll all need lawyers before it's over.

The documents allege Terri even pointed out specific parts of the restraining order to people and let Michael Cook take cell phone photos of the restraining order.

LOL let's not forget the foundation for the RO is a murder for hire plot. I mean it doesn't look to good when the accused is passing sensitive information like where Kaine is located to the person you are sexting with.

he would not normally be listed in the divorce petitions because he is not a child of TH, however, in CA, Th could claim visitation rights since she raised him. I don't know how it is in Oregon.
What disturbs me is that Kyron is not, and could easily have been, listed on the RO paperwork. Anyone can be listed as a protected party along with the person who files, if they live with the victim and/or perp. The fact that Kyron is not listed as a protected party on that paperwork speaks volumes to me and not in a good way. As an attorney, I would have had him listed unless I knew he did not need to be protected anymore.
