Yes everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty under our constitution. He made it sound as if one had an opinion as to Casey's guilt they were dishonoring our troops. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

He is pathetic. That's the only way I can describe him after that
goofy presser.

I would prefer to think that our soldiers are fighting for our DUE PROCESS rights. Which KC has been afforded in spades. I would also prefer to think that our soldiers are fighting for CAYLEE's rights.......you know........trial, conviction, execution...

Anonymous donors are helping pay for the memorial service. Caylee's remains are at the funeral home and def. and pros. are both finished with them. Anthony family has received threats and security will be tight at memorial.

I would bet that those "anonymous donors" are the ones taking pictures at the memorial and making video's. That's why they don't want any other camera's in there. Just the ones that have paid for it.

Does anyone remember that same scenario with the Anna Nicole Smith funeral? I sure do.

yes I remember with ANS, and I do believe the same applies here. But I don't believe the A's have anything to do with any monies/sale. IMO that is Jose and Casey. Also...even though Jose said he had his experts coming in at the end of the month (january) and could not release Caylees remains until then, I believe his true intentions for the memorial delay, had more to do with money, because of Feb sweeps. JMO

As a mother who on Tuesday sent her son on his second tour of duty in Iraq, I'm appauld at compairing KC to the troops! He and the Anthony's aren't fit to wipe their boots! How much more can they do to alienate people? Guess they just need to open their mouths! LOL

I read or heard recently someone experimented with her daughter's bracelet (which was similar to the one in question) by putting it inside a sock. She said the sock was very bumpy and it was obvious something was in there. There is no excuse for Baez to not check everything he brings inside the jail to pass to Casey because he is ultimately responsible.

Believe me, Conway and thru him the Anthony's are still spouting KCs innocence and from what he says you can tell they are trying to protect her as much as possible. Also, Cindy put that bracelet in the socks, not Jose. They don't give a darn that KC killed their beloved Caylee. It really stinks.

I want this trial over and I want that KC in the crummiest, rottenest, smelliest prison they can find! This case makes my blood boil. This memoria is a farce.

BC very publicly denied that Cindy had put the bracelet in the sock, knowing full well that JB would get in trouble with it. That is disgraceful.

I suppose he's coming clean now because they are about to go on sale and he knew we'd find out it was Cindy who had them.

Don't get me wrong, I love this country and have a pocket copy of the Constitution (just like NG lol) but why bring this up in a presser that's supposed to be about CAYLEE'S MEMORIAL? It really makes me mad that he had to refer to the troops in this presser!! :furious:

There are lots of sneaky ways to get the money from picture sales into Casey's defense.
