DC wasn't on the show....but someone said that BC had denied it....I forget who now, but it was the same day it broke. I'll see if I can find the quote for you.

I would have applauded BC's efforts if he had stopped with the above.

I don't appreciate the interjection about Casey's innocence, presumed or otherwise. It wasn't the time.

Also, for anyone to infer that *represented-to-the-unltimate-hilt* Casey is being deprived of American rights is an insult to every soldier, taxpayer, activist, volunteer and ALL who have sacrificed blood, time and money.

How many people in the WHOLE WORLD have access to all the legal expertise Casey now has fighting for her? Casey is getting her due process and THEN SOME.

the service should be very heartful. the first baptist church of orlando is well known for their wonderful fellowship singing , filming of services on tv. i have attended this church and must admit my divorce recovery classes were at this church years ago . i would not for one minute think the memorial will be anything but perfect there. the church is very community respected. it is down street from the jail casey is in called -33rd street jail.
i am so puzzled why jose would compare this case to the tv show the fugitive. are we looking for a one armed man -lol. oh my- who will he say was the person who killed caylee i wonder. will it be someone close to casey or complete stranger ? he obvious has a defense case person in mind in his interview. why would he not at least give the clue to the judge or has he ???? who do you think he will say is the one who did it?

In the long run, it won't matter. LE won't wait forever to do what they need to do. JB say's he has control of the remains. I'm willing to bet, KC won't allow them to be released to her parent's. So we are at a stand still. On Wed, LE needs to meet with Conway & JB, tell them that they plan to question the Anthony's at 9a Thursday UNLESS KC put's in writting she is releasing the remains that day to her parents & the parents have set FIRM arrangements for her burial or cremation. KC can release those remains by lunch & by the end of the day the funeral date could be firmed up. If KC wont do it or JB won't allow it, then LE needs to just go haul them in to question them.

It is well past time to stand up to all these people and show them who is really in charge. LE has gone above & beyond to be kind & allow the funeral to take place, it is time to just stand firm & do it.

He just said the press hasn't been hounding the A's, which is good. He has issued press releases and can issue more about the details of the memorial service. Why have a presser? He just seems to want to be out there talking. Lamenting the lack of privacy for the A's in talking to Casey. No shift in the A position as to Casey's guilt. If we don't presume Casey innocent we are disrespecting our troops in Iraq. Okay. Enough for me.

It is a lottery of sorts but doesn't involve money. If money was involved, they wouldn't have a "pool" they'd just sell out to the highest bidder.

They are allowing WFTV, the 'winner' of the pool, to film the memorial and provide copies to other media outlets (the media pool). It limits the media presense and disruption during the service.

I think she received a list of what was and what wasn't acceptable, including style of clothing.
Her daughter has been incarcerated long enough for her to know the rules.
She simply pushed the limits, and
JB also knew the rules, and also pushed the limits.
And the funny thing is Casey wouldn't have wanted to wear it anyway.
She wore all kinds of other jewelry to cover up the find Caylee bracelets, and find Caylee shirts. jmo

BC showed poor taste in trying to defend the probable killer of his client's granddaughter. He does not represent Casey. He should spend his time representing his clients.

I have a marine buddy that was in Iraq. He caught some shrapnel from the RPG that disintegrated his fellow marine as they ran across a field. I will ask him for his opinion this weekend.

Casey's rights are being honored. Caylee's rights were ignored. Her grandparents continue to desecrate her memory by having their mouthpiece try to shape public opinion of her killers guilt. My sig applies to all of them.

I felt he really tried to answer all the questions that were thrown at him,as honestly as possible,but at the same time trying not to compromise

Not exact words,sorry, but basically just that JB was being blamed for that and that he shouldn't be because it was the family that put the bracelet in the clothing. He said they didn't realize that they couldn't do that and that they did it because they just wanted her to know they love and support her. (something to that effect, anyway)
